MirrorChic Mirror Frame Kit — Local services in Temecula

I recently replaced my bathroom countertops so I wanted to replace the mirror above the sink. I couldn't find a similar size mirror to what I already had so I started Googling Mirror Frames and found MirrorChic. I was very hesitate to order just the mirror frame because I thought that it would be difficult to install and the final product wouldn't meet my expectations. I called a couple of times and spoke to both Jim and Hunter. They were both very friendly, professional and helpful. They took the time to answer every question that I had thoroughly. I wanted 2 mirror frames but decided to only order 1 in case I wasn't satisfied with how it looks. I ordered the Gray Slate Frame and to my pleasant surprise it arrived 2 days after I ordered it. My wife and I watched the installation video and followed the instructions. We were able to install the frame in just a matter of minutes. I installed my Laguna 36 x 36"—Mirror Frame Kit in Silver. Within a few days of ordering, I received a phone call from MirrorChic to review/discuss the size ordered and some details regarding installation location, including clearance, existing mirror clips (if present), and nearby obstacles, e.g., tile, etc. In my case, the mirror sits flush on the sink backsplash tile, which did not create any issues. Moreover, MirrorChic recommended adding a half inch all around to hide the visibility of underlying mirror edges from a side view, which was an excellent recommendation as I initially ordered the frame to be the exact size of my mirror as the frame sits inside the mirror. Upon receipt of the mirror several days later, I was happy to see that the frame was well protected in bubble wrap and all necessary installation items were present. The assembly was simple, and the enclosed instructions were quite clear. UPDATE: we never received the call we were promised in the response to our review, been over a month. Don’t write responses and make promises Mirror Chic that you can’t keep or follow through.

We ordered two mirrors from MirrorChic. The first mirror frame we received was in good condition overall but had a few imperfections. We were able to install the frame but had to use staples. The dovertail keys that were meant to be used to help with keeping the frame together are too big and you are unable to hammer them down flush with the frame to install as noted in the instructions. The second frame we received did not even have the the mitered joints carved in. We tried to call the company three times, left 3 voicemails and sent 2 emails. Absolutely no response. We ended up gluing the frame together and then stapled it. They preach they have great customer service but we completely disagree. They couldn’t respond to us but they sure did send us an email asking for a good review. Go with another company,...
