This is one of my favorite places to go and I have raved to many people about this place. Im not sure his name but the few times I have been there I believe he was maybe the owner he was really welcoming and nice and patient. Tonight I experienced something else Im not sure what her name was nor do I care to know she was not welcoming at all and seemed very annoyed that my kids and I were there. Its very unfortunate when you love something so much and than there someone with a bad vibe there to bring it down. Other than that the gelato is tasy and the cone is a must try . I think my next trip I need to check to see who's behind the counter so I don't end up hating this place.
*I change my mind I wont be coming back. I hope your day gets better . Good luck to you and your business. I still think the gelato is the best in town. Also theres no way you gave me a free one. I paid 18$ for three ity bity cups. But if you did thanks I appreciate it. Also I did say hi , it sounds like you are reaching for an excuse and making up things because I have said hi each time I came in and even had conversations with on how you make your gelato and how you travel to get the chocolate unless that was a lie. And my kids came in happy to begin with so Im not sure why you think you had to do anything to make them happy? We were good when we came in and we left happy even though it wasnt great .I was just stating my experience. Maybe try listening And just learning from it instead of making...
Read moreMonths ago I had found this little cute place on Google, I had been dying to try. I finally took the trip to Temecula to satisfy my craving. To my disappointment It was okay it wasn't really my cup of tea but thats just my opinion, I know this place has awesome ratings and everyone's liking is different. I was expecting a little more pizazz for my taste buds . Just giving my review, it was okay.. I had a 2 scoop gelato with a chimney cone .It was kind of like having frozen yogurt with a Mexican sweet bread. The gelato was very soft and was original but the flavors weren't calling my name. I had the Panna cotta and pear, it was okay. I know the person who helped me told me they have different flavors that they serve every day or every week. I give the chimney cone gelato a 6 out of 10. The person that helped me was cleaning outside didn't bother to say hello until I said hello first. Can't say she was too busy because she had just said hello to someone in another business 2 buildings down. I give customer service a 4 out of 10 She did on the other hand let me try the flavors. The decor was so cute and splendid, I loved it..I give it a 10 out of 10. I didn't try anything else on the menu but maybe next time I am in town I will give it a try. It's a cute place to have a little date with your significant other and you are able to sit on this outdoor patio that gives...
Read moreThis is the third time we visited from San Diego to this ice cream spot. We visited because we enjoyed the Gelato but to our surprise we were disappointed with the owner. We were a group of 5 people and we were tasting the ice cream flavors and barely had tasted 5 or 6 of them in total and he's was like no more tasting. We were shocked because he just let us taste 1 flavor per person. He was very rude. Also, he was running a scam where he had given us a reward card where you get a free ice cream after the 5th purchase and we had 2 stamps already and this time when we went to get out 3rd stamp he randomly made a rule that you need to buy at least 3 scoops per person. Even though me and my wife had bought 2 and 1 scoops per person he was like - "you need to buy 3 scoops per person". No where in the card this rule was written and never was this ever mentioned to us before. We had gotten our stamps earlier with just 2 scoops and now he changed the rule and is not honoring the system. When we asked him about it, he rudely responded that " I'm the owner and I printed the card". We were shocked and baffled by his response. Disappointing place and please don't go here. PS- we drove 60 mins from San Diego just to come here to feel disappointed. We will make sure none of our friends visit this...
