Being a newly C-10 contractor , I was looking for a panel that no one had in stocked . Called in and Julien answered the phone and checked his stock and sure enough they had it. Arrived to store and his coworker greeted me and helped me right away. I cannot remember his name even though he mentioned it twice 😬but he was awesome guided me on all the parts I needed for my project. He made sure I had all necessary parts and also guided me and educated me on how to get it done !
