I got waxed by Celeste years ago and had the BEST experience and results. I felt so comfortable and the pain level was VERY LOW. I took a break from waxing and decided to book again at the new location and I'm so happy with how everything went. Right when I walked in I was welcomed with a smile by both Celeste and the receptionist (I didn't get his name but he said was covering for the front desk and doing amazing). The decor is beautiful and everything is so girly and feminine even in the bathroom which I LOVE. I booked with Claudia and she was sooooo sweet, professional and thorough. I felt almost no pain and she has you breathe in and then out when she pulls the wax strip; extremely helpful. She also makes sure you're doing okay during the wax. I have NO HAIRS left, she is super detail oriented and gentle. Once we finished she explained aftercare to me and answered any questions I had as well as give me product recommendations. The gentleman at the front was very kind and I hope he sees this and knows he is appreciated. Overall super happy with my experience and results (again) and I will be coming back here always. There is truly nobody better than Celeste. I’ve been coming to her for about three years now and can’t rate her highly enough. Her thoroughness, her technique, her friendly professionalism, and her general business acumen/the detail with which she trains her estheticians is bar none.

While I’ve mostly stuck with getting Brazilians, I’ve also gotten my arms, underarms, and legs waxed by her and I can tell you that she does the best work compared to any esthetician I’ve ever been to (which says a lot because I’ve been getting regularly waxed for close to 20 years). I’m so excited about her new location in Temecula — it’s GORGEOUS inside and accommodates more services (including couples’ facials!!) that I can’t wait to book.

Always a great experience with Marcela. She makes me feel comfortable with her conversation, and she somehow makes it almost painless because she is distracting me from what's happening. She is gentle. Very thorough. Very professional.

UPDATED: Still coming here after three years. Very good experience with each of the aestheticians I seen. The new location in Temecula is beautiful and so comfortable.

Update: 2025/02/18 Very thorough, very professional. I’ve been coming to this establishment for years. My aesthetician is Claudia. She is very knowledgeable and quick so the pain factor is completely manageable. I’ve also been getting the treatments for several months which help significantly with reducing ingrowns to nothing and no itchiness....
