I believe his name was Kevin who greated me and cleaned my rings. I noticed the next morning one of my small stone had fallen out. I called Kevin and explained what I noticed and he assured me that he would take care of it. My wife's birthday and our 40th anniversary take place within weeks of each other. To celebrate, she asked for a 14k white gold ring with a cathedral mounting to set the diamond taken from the ring she's been wearing for years. She gave me a few ideas which I showed the staff. I went to Jewel Scene to get pricing on having my ring re sized after going to La Masters. It was the best choice I could have made, it was nice walking into a place that was about quality and customer service. I did not buy the ring there but they treated me like I did, they even complimented the quality rather than being arrogant and the "since you did not get it here" mentality I received at La Masters. The quality of work was better than I could Imagine, the price was even better. It was 1/3 the cost I was quoted elsewhere. I will never go anywhere else nor recommend...
