I took my wedding ring to be cleaned because the opal had turned such an ugly brown color in such a short time. They took such great care of me and made my ring look just like new, they went above and beyond and have definitely earned my business for life. Here are the pictures, one from my wedding day of the ring in it's original beauty, the ring one year later, and the ring after they cleaned and fixed the previous jewelers (not from their shop) mistakes.

Outstanding customer service and Kevin just gained a future client. Last week I took my rings 💍 in to be cleaned and wanted to meet the new owners. I believe his name was Kevin who greated me and cleaned my rings. I noticed the next morning one of my small stone had fallen out. I called Kevin and explained what I noticed and he assured me that he would take care of it. I took my rings in today and Kevin replaced the missing stone also checked the rest of my diamonds💎 to make sure they were secured. My wife's birthday and our 40th anniversary take place within weeks of each other. To celebrate, she asked for a 14k white gold ring with a cathedral mounting to set the diamond taken from the ring she's been wearing for years. She gave me a few ideas which I showed the staff. After reviewing a few options they recommended creating the ring in the store. We picked it up today - she literally gasped, and she's not easily impressed. It's stunning! My experience with the staff was as impressive as the ring they created. They were personable, helpful and explained the various options in a customer friendly manner. I went to Jewel Scene to get pricing on having my ring re sized after going to La Masters. It was the best choice I could have made, it was nice walking into a place that was about quality and customer service. I did not buy the ring there but they treated me like I did, they even complimented the quality rather than being arrogant and the "since you did not get it here" mentality I received at La Masters. The quality of work was better than I could Imagine, the price was even better. It was 1/3 the cost I was quoted elsewhere. I will never go anywhere else nor recommend...
