Burgers & Beer — Restaurant in Temecula

Tried this place tonight for dinner. The food was ok. Our waitress Crystal was great. The thing that ruined it for us was that a man at a table near us was yelling and swearing at a woman with him. We kept bringing it to the attention of our waitress in the hopes someone would call the police or remove the man from the establishment. When the waitress told management, Josue (the guy who claimed to be the manager) was too much of a coward to say anything to the man. Jose kept walking by, while the guy was yelling and F-bombing at the woman in from of two small children at their table and all the other children in that area of the establishment, and finally said something subtle to the scumbag. As soon as Josue went away the guy was at it again. As we were leaving the guy was dropping the F-bomb at the woman and just because I looked at him he started screaming at me to mind my own business. And because my husband told him his language was unacceptable in front of the children, he stared yelling at us all. His female companion was super apologetic to us. And my little girl felt so sorry for the kids in their party to have to endure that kind of situation she was crying! This was clearly a domestic dispute that should have taken place with a mediator in private without the children. And management should have called the police on this individual waaay before things got as loud and vulgar as they did. But obviously Josue does not have the nerve to take care of business. When Josue heard the potty mouth man screaming and swearing at us, Josue escorted US out of the restaraunt saying we shouldn't speak to that man and that is HIS job. SO DO YOUR JOB! And don't scoot US out when it's clearly another patron causing mahem there. Our little girl cried the whole way home worrying about the children in that party. She just kept saying, "Mommy, if that's their daddy, and he treats their mommy like that in public, I'm really worried about what they are seeing at home." My child should not cry the whole way home because of the actions of another patron. Burgers & Beer Temecula, you need to make sure you have managers that won't tollerate customers who make others dining here miserable! I suspect he was overserved. And maybe ABC should also...

We haven't been here in a while and we remember having to fig Burger in the past. The décor is still what I remember there's individual T v's for the booths and many TV so you can watch sports. The waiters were really nice and prompt. Not too busy for a Saturday night. We ended up ordering the Imperial fig Burger and for some weird reason I was feeling a tuna melt. The Chipotle tuna melt really was a meal that hit the spot for me. It was a solid sandwich maybe on the smaller side but the Bread was grilled nicely and the tuna was warm and the nice touch of Chipotle was very nice. I get that it was just a side Caesar salad but I think the dressing could use some care and it's so much better when your lettuce is very cold and crisp. The wifey ordered the Imperial fig Burger this thing was delicious, The description on the menu says it's a 7 oz Burger it definitely didn't feel like it and the prices are definitely higher probably because of inflation. Still it was a very solid Burger and just as good as we remembered it. The sweet and slightly acidic jam pairs well with the fatty yet crisp Burger, We ordered it medium rare and for once we got it a perfect medium rare, The bun is well cannot be overlooked it was very soft and had a great grill to it and the sesame seeds on top sealed the deal. I have only eaten here at their Yuma location. It was really nice to see a sister restaurant. I didn't really care for the TV's in every booth because they only had two channels and I don't like baseball or football, but I could definitely see myself making my way to this location for the next fight. I always substitute my fries for sweet potato fries and I had the Mexicali burger, that shxt just melts in your mouth and the cheese is oozin'. When you bite the fries they bite back my man. My only issue was that out waitress only showed up once for a brief second to clear dishes. She was on break when we were seated and the guy taking care of the tables next to us served us, and then a bus boy and then someone who we assumed was a manager and then the girl came to pick up our empty dishes. I made the comment to my friend, "I wonder how they are splitting the top😂" So we waited for the check and it came but no one came to pick up the card to pay so we just went to the front and paid. When the rep asked who served us we named the manager person because he was seen the most. I'm sure it was just a weird moment of the night because I have always have great service and food at Burgers and Beer! Go asap and eat...
