Reasons why I chose Stonewood Apartment as my new home:

Friendly manager/ Stonewood team. Our previous apartment didn’t have friendly employees so this is a big deal for me. I walked into the office and Daniela greeted me with a smile, gave us a tour of the apartment (with short notice) and was just very welcoming even offering us some drinks and snacks. She was just very warm and friendly. I would call her every day to ask if there’s any available apartment since it’s first come first serve basis and she never sounded annoyed talking on the phone with me so one day I got lucky and she told us the good news that they finally have one available for us and then later on Xaela took over and helped us with the whole process of getting our new apartment. She has very great communicating skills, she would always call or email me making sure if we need any help in regards with any paperwork in moving in. She replies fast in every email and even now that we already moved in she’s still always making sure we are good and settled. They always pick up the phone too which I like. We didn’t have that kind of management in our old apartment therefore it was difficult to ask for help or assistance about anything apartment related problem so yea love those two.

Why stay in my old apartment and pay the same amount of money with 2 bedroom, 1 bath when I can rent here have 2 bedroom, 2 bath, patio and our own washer!!

It just feels very homey and cozy. A lot of trees so it’s not very hot.

Very close to the mall. I like that.

August 9th 2023: Well just want to make a quick update to my review. I'm going on now almost 7 years and I'm still loving the Stonewood apartments. Though the staff changes the folks who do come are always fabulous and the current team is even better than that. Big shout out to all the ladies in the leasing office. Also want to make a quick shout out to the new maintenance staff member his name is Josh, this gentleman did an outstanding job in my apartment and I wanted to give him a public shout out for that. Anyone planning on moving to the stone woods I've been here now 7 years and counting and I don't have any complaints or plans on moving.

Just want to take time and say that I really appreciate the staff here at the stonewood apts. Irma and all the staff are just great. Ready to listen when we have a concern or issue and always promptly responding to any issues and concerns. I have been here for many years now and hope to continue to have many more. Update!! So I'm going on a little over 5 years and still loving living here, the office staff are still so pleasant to talk to and the maintenance staff is equally just as nice and pleasant to have come and fix things in your apartment. I have had a broken dishwasher for over a year now. I gave up on them trying to fix it. Every time someone would come look at it, they would say I need a newer one because our unit has the older version dishwashers, but never have I had that replaced. Management is a joke. Irma called my wife yelling through the phone and it sounded as if she even wanted to cuss at my wife. We had a mattress being delivered by Jeromes and neighbors complain that the Jeromes truck was in the way of other vehicles trying to get out ( the workers though it wasn't going to take long but it took no more than 20 mins and they apologized) And that's when my wife received the call from management (Irma), which was very unprofessional on management's part. She was at work when she received the call and the phone WAS NOT on speaker yet her co-workers around her heard the yelling. This I think is very unprofessional from management, especially from tenants who have been here for 2 years and paid every month. We are a military family and we have told some of our friends who are in the military to not live in Stonewood Apartments for reasons like this. The only good thing I can talk about this place is the pricing. The pricing is cheaper but we also have a military discount, so if cheap is what you want, this is the place, but do expect flaws in management and in your...
