Ok so this is an honest review and I'm dissapointed to finally be doing it. I've been eating here well over 10 years. I absolutely LOVE their food, best Thai in the area IMO. However, if u order online for delivery, they automatically make you tip. Mandatory gratuity charge. then at the end, they ask for ANOTHER tip and won't even allow u to check out unless u put in an amount. That is so so so wrong and absolutely ridiculous. The amount of a tip should be earned first of all and they are optional. But they r demanding 2 of them? Absurd. Secondly, I had a VERY poor experience with the old man who does their deliveries. I had a delivery to my home in murrieta which is a bit further than they normally like to go, so I paid a very fair amount (meaning I paid extra) to have them travel just a mile outside of their delivery parameters (and i left a tip on top of that). When he dropped off my food I said thank u and went to shut my door when he angrily stuck his hand in my face and demanded a tip. To which I said no I already did that AND paid extra for the delivery. He then, with the nastiest tone/attitude, raised his voice at me and said that they will never deliver to me again if I do not give him a cash tip. (Again, i am a loyal customer of over 10 years. Who ate their daily for the entire year I was in beauty school next door to them) Against my better judgment, I told him to hold on and got my wallet and gave him a tip. But regretted it instantly when he left. I RARELY ever eat there anymore because of it. I could not believe the insanely rude and unprofessional way this man behaves and how he talks to customers. I've never had a bad experience with another employee there besides him. There was another time he delivered to my work and he was rude and unpleasant then, too. It's such a shame when a great restaurant suffers, loses business, and gets bad ratings/reviews because of 1 person. Side note- the other delivery person (the one who speaks spanish) is very nice and friendly. And the waitresses are great. But that old man is awful and should not have contact with customers or even a job there for...
Read moreThe food is made with love and great ingredients by an incredible chef and staff. Our friends and family love to come together here and enjoy delicious, quality and flavorful food. We try many dishes every visit and eat family style. Truly, every dish has been delicious. The Tom Kha soup bursts with flavors of the coconut milk, lemongrass and tomatoes. It's definitely one of our family faves. If you've never had Thai food, come here and enjoy. Order your food mild spice if you need to and request spices be brought to the table. You can be in control of your own experience of flavors and aromas. If you are just looking for dessert, this is also a great place. Treat yourself! I should have taken more pictures of all the colorful food, but look at this beautiful dessert!! The chef went to culinary school in Thailand and is super kind and takes pride in the food and presentation. Be sure to say hello and bring a generous heart to bless the staff. They work hard and are always kind to us.
During this covid-19, the CDC recommendations are being followed and practices are updated per county regulations, which is important to us with "fragile" family members.
The restaurant has simple tables and chairs outside to sit and the weather is perfect. The restaurant offers delivery at a cheap price, you can pick up, or come eat outside (currently, but everything is constantly changing with the pandemic as you know!). The location is near Target, but a bit hidden around the back/side next to Rubios. Hours are currently 10am to 930 pm. They may be serving both American and Thai breakfast starting in July. There is ample parking and multiple handicap parking spots with a handicap ramp. It's definitely worth your time to go and...
Read moreI recently had the pleasure of dining at Thai Kitchen in Temecula, and I must say, it was a truly delightful experience. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm smiles and a cozy atmosphere. The decor was simple yet elegant, with traditional Thai elements that added to the overall ambiance.
As for the food, I was blown away by the flavors and presentation. I started with the Tom Yum soup, which had the perfect balance of spicy and sour. It was clear that the ingredients were fresh and of high quality.
One thing that stood out to me was the attention to detail in each dish. The vegetables were all cut uniformly, and the herbs were fresh and fragrant. It was evident that the chefs take great pride in their craft and put a lot of care into each dish.
In addition to the amazing food, the service was top-notch. Our server was knowledgeable about the menu and made great recommendations. The staff was also very attentive and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our meal.
Overall, I highly recommend Thai Kitchen in Temecula. The food is outstanding, the service is excellent, and the atmosphere is inviting. It's the perfect spot for a date night or a casual dinner with friends. I can't wait to go back and try more dishes from their...
