Today I was so excited to make a purchase in the morning and found out that the manager Mari again pushed out blankets so that she can take almost all the blankets .I had asked her very nicely in the morning if blanket were going to be put out and she told me no come tomorrow at9 am. So I left and I was in town at 3pm went into home goods to make sure blanket were still in the back and they were gone I just thought that they were moved some were els but when I went to check for blankets I noticed that some blankets were put out I still gave a benefit of a doubt for the next day in the morning. There was no blanket Mari was in the back room hiding when asked what happened to the blankets she tells the worker tell her this so she doesn’t get mad in Spanish . Mind you when Halloween blankets came out. I physically saw her on the phone and putting two purple blankets and two black blankets hk on hold and she was on the clock working. so yesterday she basically waited until I left and when she clock out she took most of the blankets and left some behind didn't even give me a chance to buy one I only wanted one blanket And I found out that Mari the Manager from home goods is a reseller. I spoke to a manager at HomeGoods today, and I called corporate enough is enough. It’s not fair to us Customers who want to buy. Plus every time she’s working there what a coincidence, that blankets never hit the floor.she does whatever she wants with viral items. Just want to say here that Manager Mari from home good like to hold hello kitty blank in the back and not push them out cause...
Read moreI am extremely upset and disappointed. I bought a Faber-ware knife block set from the home goods on. As soon as I get home to take it out of the box I realized the package was already ripped inside. I knew something was wrong. As I took everything out I saw that knives were missing and filthy covered in rust and dirty water. Then I pulled the knife block out which was wrapped in plastic it was absolutely disgusting. It was covered in sticky droplets, it was chipped, and it was dusty. I believe this was a return that was not properly taken care of. I went to return it and I asked for compensation especially since this was a STORE CREATED ISSUE and I had to take extra time and gas to return it. The manager said there was nothing she could do. This is the worst experience I have ever had going to a retail store. This was my first time in a HomeGoods and I am beyond disappointed. Especially now that I know they do NOT care about their customers. As a person who works in customer service this is absolutely unacceptable for a multibillion dollar company....
Read moreI love looking at the things sold at his store. So many nice, different items that catch your eye. However, the prices are just way too high. I'd rather go to Marshals or Ross. On top of this, the people working here don't seem friendly at all. They act as if they're working at Saks Fifth Avenue. I am a senior citizen who's short, dresses very casually in jeans and a t-shirt and I look very Asian, although I'm from Guam. I felt that the friendliness extended to other customers who were Caucasian or more "dressed" wasn't extended to me based on my appearance. Not nice at all. Unless someone I was with wanted to shop here, I'd prefer never to return. Too bad for them cause they lost a good customer. I once was at Saks Fifth dressed similarly about 20 years ago and the staff there were just so friendly and eager to please. When my daughter saw a watch she hinted that she liked, I dropped $2500 right there. Part of my decision to buy that Baum Mercier was the attentiveness and the friendliness of the...
