I would like to say that in todays world its hard to find good people, doing the work they like with the willingess to help others. I have always taught my family members and associates to treat others the way you would like to be treated. Todays' world is very frustrating when you need help to fill out an application or log onto a website as being instructed by voice commands is useless and you have trouble getting the right response. Mercedes made my day when she picked up the phone and asked how can I help you today. Those simple words made a huge difference in my day. She was very helpful in all aspects of her job. She made sure to stay on the phone until I had completely resolved the task at hand. She demonstrated definite enthusiasm in doing a good job. It was so inspiring to hear a person who was focused on helping others. She made a great impression!
