Habitat for Humanity Restore Design Center — Local services in Temecula

I was already a fan of restores before visiting this new location, and the great thing about them is the large and unique varieties of products each of them have for sale at any given time. This location is unique not only for its stock but also for vibe/shopping experience. It’s housed in a very large warehouse building with plenty of ground to cover. Personally, I noted large selections of paint and primer, brand new rugs, possible new bathroom vanities (I didn’t look very closely so unsure but they looked new from afar), area rugs of all sizes, and new couches and sectionals. AWESOME DEALS! INSANE INVENTORY!!!! Loading and assembly guys are SUPER nice, and a handful of guys occasionally working the floor.

However, most working the register and floor could work on how they treat their customers. And greeters are supposed to be friendly. I have yet to get a smile or words at all, just gestures towards the cashier if I say anything.

Also, I do think it's pretty unfair to customers, that they spend the larger $$ purchases at the Design Center, but can't earn points??

Frankly, if I had a discount of anysort, it's just going to encourage me to buy more?? If I'm earning a lot on points and saving a lot on purchases... I'm spending a lot! Seems counter productive to discourage...

My old chair was old and made my back ache when I was trying to relax. I researched a number of options online, but unfortunately the price did not match this poor mans budget! My next-door neighbor suggested Habitat, but I wasn’t sure I could afford it from reading the reviews. Luckily I checked it out for myself, I was able to buy the similar recliner to the one I have seen online at Habitat for more than half off, thank you Jesus. I was also able to stock up on all my cleaning supplied because those too were more than half off.
