I called him looking for a mattress to replace the horrible "Nectar" mattress that i had only had for two days.. For me and my wife "nectar" was not a good fit. After two nights of discomfort for us both & in my case waking up multiple times Irritated at the mattress. i was planning on sleeping on the floor or couch. NOT an exaggeration. i found Jeff online explained what i was looking for. He understood completely & had a few options in stock. We set up an appointment to meet later that day. After checking out a few options my wife & i settled on a choice. Unfortunately the one we liked was a special order that was waiting to be picked up. He was confident he could have another to me the next day. However having heard my story he offered to call the customer that had not picked it up yet & see if they were OK with me taking that one since he could have another the next day. They approved & we went home with a custom comfortable mattress that was at a more than reasonable price & made in the USA . We are SO glad that we found them & they will be the only place that i or anyone that asks me will use in the future. The communication & honesty that we experienced was refreshing. in fact when paying him i somehow goofed & overpaid by a good amount. I contacted Temecula Mattress Warehouse via "text" message at the number listed on their website, and asked a series of questions regarding the various mattresses that were available. Christine responded to my inquiry within minutes and answered ALL of my questions, so I scheduled an appointment with her and Jeff to come by the warehouse to pick out a mattress. When I arrived at the warehouse, both of them were waiting for me and basically rolled out the "red carpet" for me, because that's exactly the kind of one-on-one attention they gave me. Jeff showed me several different mattresses within my price range and explained each of these in detail, which allowed me to make the best possible decision on the one that would be most beneficial for the back pain I've been having for years, and within my budget. I was literally in and out within 30 minutes, and Jeff and Christine even delivered the mattress and box springs to my residence later that evening! How awesome is that!! You will NEVER find this kind of quality in both mattresses and this loving husband and wife team like you will at Temecula Mattress Warehouse. I highly recommend their products and friendly services.
