Horrible customer service, a top was up on top rack I could not reach. I ask the lady to help me reach it she totally ignore me. I wondered are they working for free. I bought something came back to exchange something. I did not exchange for equal amount , I was left with a credit for 5.41 I got something for 790, the difference the difference with the credit 5.41 would be 2.51. I get home check my account she charged me the credit 5.41 and the difference 2.51. Did they take math in high school. She scanned the receipt with the credit on it incorrectly or was it intentional. I will talk about this store on all social media platforms those young girls are rude. And if they get great review it from young people who don't know what good customer service is. They are young and show older people no respect. I could not reach the blouse lady. I grabbed the pole myself and got it. Why did she not say get the pole, I had to look for it. I am calling corporate. Arizona mills mall don't go there...

A great selection of clothes at great prices but no dressing rooms AND no refunds. The most frustrating thing is that they have plenty of dressing rooms. They’re all siting empty right there, you can see them while you walk around and shop but they’re all locked and the workers won’t let you in (which I found out after wasting like 20 minutes of walking around and picking things out to try on). Ok, guess I’ll have to buy the clothes and then bring them back if they don’t fit. That’s annoying but whatever. But no! They only give store credit. How insane. Why even go to the store at that point? If you can’t try anything on, you might as well just buy your clothes from Amazon. At least you’d be to return them. Or better yet, go to the store right next door. I bought my dress from there instead. Still a great price and I got to try it on in their dressing room before buying it so I wouldn’t have to come all the way back again if...

I love Q as a store, but not this location. It is very old. The dressing rooms were horrible. So much gunk in the corners and along the wall. Only 1 small hook (plus a broken one) in the dressing room and the hook was not really meant for hanging clothes in a dressing room. Very nasty feeling. The clothes are messy looking on the racks. The sales staff didn't greet us and didn't seem very friendly. I was very turned off and didn't have a pleasant experience...
