AVOID! Frankly the people leaving positive reviews here thats great you like the smile and service, the service wasn't the issue at all, but these reviews are novice users that wouldn't know good product if it hit them, let alone a good deal on cannabis from a dispensary. I smoke and use edibles, concentrates, flower, the works daily AND shop in AZ Phoenix, Tucson, Payson, Flagstaff, Las Vegas, New Mexico and Denver on the constant so frankly these other positive reviews are great they enjoyed their time but I guarantee their perspective is very limited. So I went in 2 days ago first time customer to their store they do give new customers a one item full price 40% off discount for your first 3 separate visits which made the $40 1/8th $30 out the door. I searched out Cookies having stopped in New Mexico and buying an 1/8th of Cookies (Cheetah Piss) for $30 before tax no discount so considerably 25% more reasonable not ripping you off price, like in Arizona just the day before and found it decent and SO I searched out Cookies. I bought Madrina the first visit and it was ok not great but nothing that made me NOT COME BACK, and so yesterday the next day I went back and bought another 1/8th using my 40% off discount and selecting That Badu which was some straight should be called That Badudu or That Babobo because these tiny popcorn nuggets were trash. I write this honestly saying I wouldn't even bother going back today or any day for my third and last 40% new customer discount. For what to buy some do do no thanks hard pass. Decent store, lots of cool display and products but if Cookies is what you put your name on and then sell some straight mid grade popcorn nuggets out the door for $40 an 1/8th before tax hahahahah no way people do yourself a favor and avoid the really super cool looking packaging and cool name Cookies and go find yourselves some actual decent cannabis at a decent price because COOKIES IS NOT THAT! Look at harvest date on package, June of 2024 , so getting bud that has been sitting for more...

This is by far the worst dispensary in Arizona maybe even America itself they lied 3 times about the percentage of the product when I first asked about it they said it was 23% THC then after I called the terribly unprofessional incompetent and blatantly lying misleading and misinforming cashier about them lying and how I didn’t want the product anymore they refused to give me my money back which they were holding in there hand nothing was purchased or bagged at this point and they refused to give me my money back or even replace the item they completely and pathetically lied to my face about so please don’t ever go here they will lie about product percentages just to get you to buy something then when you check it and it’s completely off by more than 5% they wont give you your money back nor will they acknowledge or exchange anything it’s a total scam Jars any and every location is 10000 times better cleaner more professional accurate and make enough money to not have to scan first time customers or customers in general I’d advise everyone to stay as far away from this desperate excuse of a dispensary Jars for example will exchange anything you haven’t opened and would definitely exchange things that weren’t in good shape or quality I bought a disposable THC pen from jars awhile ago and they gave me 3 weeks from the day I bought it to exchange it if it malfunctioned in anyway there is a Jars location in mesa as well don’t waste your money or time everything they have is garbage quality even the supposed “top shelf” items definitely the worst and most pitiful deceitful petty unprofessional dispensary and company period STAY AWAY AND DONT SHOP WITH THEM COMPARE QUALITY AND PRICES WITH JARS ITEMS AND YOULL SEE THE HORRIBLE QUALITY AND THE TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE OF...

I’ve been coming to the tempe location since it first opened. As a heavy smoker i love the half oz / 1 oz deals. As a Veteran, i love the discount. But im having a change of heart.

So, it saddens me but i have to be honest. I always wondered why the harvest date-packaged date-sale date was so far apart. In the past 3 months i been looking at the harvest dates from the half oz i get at cookies. The last half oz was harvested 10/2024 and packaged 3/2025 and sold to me in July 2025. No matter what thats my fault at end of the day. This is something that is consistent. My boy and I have been noticing but we stayed true….until now.

Been going to Jars heavy the past month..even tho its out my way. For the same price…same price i get a half that was harvested in May 2025-packaged in June 2025 - sold in july 2025. And they have been consistent with the freshness all month. No Lie!!! BIGGGGG DIFFERENCE!!!

Cookies provides the price-yes but NOT the quality!!! Im sorry…sometimes it be crunchy as hell.

On smaller levels ( when the big stuff starts messing up you look at the smaller stuff right) Jars has 2-3 ppl handling online orders. Cookies just one person but 3 registers..so now im looking at time and efficiency. The staff has always been great but that has nothing to do with my hard earned money.

So, tbis is my truth. With prices going up on everything im starting to take a closer look at how i spend my money and what im getting for it. We work too hard for a dollar.
