Seriously so irritated at this place. I bought it on Groupon, but I guess they only have one person to do facials or something because EVERY TIME I called I’d get the voicemail. Then instead of calling me back, I’d receive a text message with an unorganized amount of dates. None of which worked (during week, during work hours) so I inquired about when she WOULD have weekends, she stated “I’m booked 3 months out” then I asked when she would have availability after 3pm and I got NO RESPONSE. I bought this a a birthday gift for my boyfriend and it was just a disappointment. Why would you OVER SELL your availability? My Groupon expires feb 5th! So there is no possible way to even redeem it!!! So...

Be wary before buying a Groupon! There is only one person for all of these services and they won't be available until after your groupon expires. I asked for weekend and evening availability, and I was provided with day times during the middle of the week. I again asked for weekend or evening, and she said she's booked 3 months out with no offer to schedule or apologies. Why would you sell groupon deals if you can't even honor them before they expire? I found Innovation skin care on Groupon. However, you can go without Groupon as well because it is not really expensive. I did European facial with Microdermabrasion with Magda. She is very professional. I had too many blackheads on my face. She removed it. The atmosphere inside is really great. The amazing thing was the bed/table on which I was laid down had messaging rollers. It was very relaxing. The slow track background music feels like you are somewhere far from madding crowd.
