Posh Nail Lounge - Tempe — Local services in Tempe

I have always had the best of experiences at Posh Nail Lounge in Tempe. I moved here a few years back and unfortunately I've had some ROUGH experiences with nail places in Tempe, but then a friend of mine recommended Posh and I will never look back. I've been taken care of by a few people, but Quinn & Linda have always stuck out to me. They are the biggest sweethearts ever, but they have two different approaches when working with their clients. Quinn understands the quality of people coming in who need that time of relaxation and puts in her best work while doing so. When I say the bed work, I mean I've come in with some wild designs and she knocks it out of the park it's absolutely beautiful!!! Linda on the other hand, is like everyone's grandma you wish you could add to the family. She got me in super quick and did the most incredible job!!! She is personable and likes to talk about life while also keeping the relaxing a priority. I'm so thankful for Posh and these two ladies. during my eyebrow wax, the gal was very aggressive and bruised my eyelid! when she handed me the mirror afterwards, i saw a bruise on my upper eyelid. i pointed out that she bruised me and she had the nerve to say, “that was already there. you must have scratched yourself.” she lied! and didn’t apologize.

i’ve had many of them done in the past so i was alarmed by her technique right away. when she put the strips on over the wax, she rubbed her finger across them as normal before pulling, but her pressure was unbelievably and painfully hard. when she ripped off the strips she did it very aggressively.

after leaving and going outside, i noticed she had done the same thing to one of my husband’s eyelids, who had his eyebrows cleaned up by her, too. i'm trying to upload photos.

Today was my first and last day visiting Polish Nail Lounge. I got the worst manicure and pedicure of my life there today. I should have saved myself the money and just done it myself. The gentleman I had didn’t wear a mask while the rest of the staff did. He seemed like he was in a huge rush the whole time working on my feet and hands. My toes aren’t even the same color because he didn’t use the same amount of coats on all toes. My nails had to get redone because he didn’t paint polish all the way to the edge of my skin. He cut me twice while working on me and blamed it on my thin skin. Luckily the women who fixed my nails were very friendly but my manicure still wasn’t worth the money.
