False information constantly given at this location. I was over charged and it took multiple emails, phone calls, personal visits and emailing a higher up to get a refund that should have only taken 3-5 business days (this was a month long process for me) DO NOT buy product from the store, ALWAYS get documentation for EVERYTHING, and make sure you get email confirmations anytime something changes on your account. After over charging me and making multiple phone calls, the employee handed me two emails and said if I wanted anything done I had to reach out to his management instead of him fixing the problem because “he does not have the power to refund me for an error on his part”. Ironically I had to visit the store again because the regional managers email was wrong. If you want a burn watch or strap, BUY IT THIRD PARTY. There are so many products online for 1/3 the price. If you have ANY problems at all, I recommend going higher than the front desk / on site manager because they will do absolutely nothing but push you off.

Seriously obsessed with Orange Theory now and actually quite annoyed it took me so long to find it! I've been telling everyone about it because I think more people need to know! So first thing that I love is that you don't have to think about your workouts. I'm a busy person and the more I have to prep and think about something, the less likely I'll actually do it. Every session you'll get in a SOLID cardio and weight lifting work out. It's nice because you can go at your own pace with the heart rate monitors. When I first started I had to start off at a pretty slow pace, but now my strength and endurance are improving so I can push myself a lot harder. For an hour workout, it's totally worth your time and money! They go by so fast and you'll feel great afterwards. I personally LOVE this location. The trainers and front desk staff are awesome! They made me feel so comfortable when I first started. Aubrey even when out of her way for me and sent me a whole stretch routine for me to do on my own time. Anyways.. my boyfriend, roommate and her best friend have all started since I told them about it...

The employees give out wrong information and when you try to contact the manager, it is a hit or miss. It took me almost 2 months to get in contact with the manager about the misinformation I got from the employees about my account. The manager told me he would refund me 2 times because they overcharged me for 2 months. I still have not received a refund and I, now, can’t get in contact with the manager. I have been emailing constantly and nothing. He says that he “doesn’t see the email” the first time he gave me an excuse on why he took almost 2 months the first time...managers check their emails all the time soo that was a lie. I literally don’t know what to do at this point. Orangetheory owes me money and I can’t get in contact. I wish orangetheory had a National customer service.
