Wildflower's buy one get one free (BOGO) is the best deal on sandwiches. You have to join their frequent diner program. They email you when they are offering this deal. Their sandwiches are big and come with various sides though some sides are an additional charge. We like the Cheddar Braised Beef that has braised beef, cheddar, cheddar & caramelized onion mashed potatoes & organic arugula on a grilled ciabatta roll with au jus, horseradish sauce & served with a side of chips for 13.99. This is a bargain compared to nearly $30.00 it normally costs. We also like it on sourdough instead of the ciabatta roll. Our only disappointment was the last time we ordered the au jus was more like gravy than a broth. Note that this is seasonal so is not always available. Our other favorite is the BLTA - bacon, lettuce, tomatoes and avocado. They also have a selection of soups, salads and pastas. And don't forget the Danish and cakes for desert.
The interior was recently redone. The beverage station was moved to all self-serve. This is great as it speeds up the service. The booths were reupholstered with florescent orange. It is a little loud for our tastes. There is an outside seating area that is pet friendly. The restaurant is always clean, and the service is great though limited. You order at the counter, get a number and then the food is brought to your table. They get very busy on the weekends...
Read moreWorst service, worst food, worst customer service ever by manager. Ordered online. Person read it back perfectly. Went inside to pick up food. Got home to eat & feed grandson. The only thing decent was potato soup because it's pre-made. Sandwiches were completely wrong.. even the ham was so burnt that half it had to be thrown away. Grandson couldn't even eat his sandwich. When I called to speak to manager it took him 10 min to find my order because the ticket wasn't even on the bag.i asked for some kind of compensation. He said sure come n in back and wait in line to get new order. Told him I wasn't able to do so. He said that's only option . I said I would call corporate to let them know. He said go ahead. I hung up. Worst ever. So about 10minuyes after posting this I received a call from Jennifer who was calling me from her cell phone from her car. She was immediately apologetically asked me again what happened. She listened to my issue and again was completely apologetic. I mentioned that I wasn't trying to get anyone fired. Just maybe a little training in customer servic. She offered a solution that is more than satisfactory. Her calling and her customer service is incredible. To her manager: please reward her greatly. I changed yo 4 stars...
Read moreIncomplete online order (if an order cannot be filled, why not call the customer? Especially with 3 days notice...) The Wildflower grilled cheese wasn't melted inside (the brie was fridge cold). The toasted bagel and the coffee were also cold. Having paid over $50 for a pie, a sandwich, a coffee, and a couple bakery items, I expected better care and higher quality. No one came to check up on us to fix our order (even tho I identified at least 6 employees working just the floor). While opening my pie to verify accuracy; the sandwhich loaf bag ripped open and the twist tie just fell off dumping all my bread inside the large bag.... I walked to the service counter to ask for a replacement bag and the server seemed confused. She sent another lady to help us (Ty I think she said?). She was the only saving grace for this location. Very sweet employee and the only reason for an extra star. Having worked for Wildflower before, and frequenting many locations for pie and bread, I am shocked at the lack of care. This is NOT the standard Wildflower experience, but I needed to share. Holidays frazzle everyone, and this is the time extra care needs to be delivered to customers, especially since many of us are inviting Wildflower into our homes for our...
