I’d love to say there was consistency here but I call to speak with a manager about ordering from a delivery service to double check of prices would be changed for items that were requested with no meat and everything she attempted to describe as to how their food was served was 100% incorrect. She tried to tell me they only serve 2 shrimp in a salad and I have gotten the salad with shrimp many many many times, in the location as well as through delivery and have NEVER had less than a half dozen. Also trying to convince someone with a culinary background that the cost of Tom Kha with no protein, very little vegetables and mostly broth costs the same as the quart they usually send, completely packed with whatever protein is requested and tons of vegetables cost the same as a quart of “no protein, very little vegetables and mostly broth” is ridiculous. She flat out said that for a regular order it is only half full of broth and the other 16oz is the meat and veggies. So tell me how mostly broth and no protein and very few veg should be the equivalent price. No was even paying for just a cup of the broth. Even when the price has seemed appropriate my orders are consistently wrong. Ordering the fried banana ice cream and being charged for it but sometimes getting the coconut, sometimes vanilla, sometimes the coconut with 1 piece of banana. They need to start getting their place in order and figuring out what exactly it is they serve, what they serve WITH what, and how much it costs. Will definitely find a...

I came in here for a quick order to-go. This was my first time here and I have to say, I was not disappointed. The service was great, the food was amazing, and their thai tea? Just, wow. When I walked in, I was lowkey surprised to see so many patrons sitting at the tables with friends and family. Perhaps I've just become accustomed to Thai restaurants catering only to to-go orders? People sitting down and enjoying themselves is such a breath of fresh air, especially after the whole you-know-what!!

After I got home, I was greeted by a complimentary mini spring roll. Thank you! They also included all the utensils I will need for my panang curry. And let me tell you, this curry was one of the best I've ever had. I am not exaggerating.

Overall, the service was great (10 minutes = 4 minutes), their thai tea, GREAT (the nice lady at the register: "one moment, let me grab your thai tea." brings out the biggest cup of thai tea I've ever seen), the curry, GREAAAATT. I am so happy I gave this place a chance!! I can't wait to go back. And that was only for a to-go order. I wonder what my experience will be when I dine-in.

Thank you for the short, yet wonderful experience.

Edit: I finally ate dine-in and it was just as excellent as I was expecting. Attached is a photo of their panaang curry. Its my favorite item on their menu, but just about everything else is good, too, especially their chow mein. You cant go wrong...

Ive been craving yellow curry for a while, my boyfriend and I came for dinner. my boyfriend got the silver noodle salad, the sauce and mint on the salad was amazing, it had great flavor and the lettuce was crispy. only complaint was that there was only 2 pieces of shrimp. my yellow curry with chicken was honestly not the best. the curry “sauce” was extremely watery, and way too sweet. there is no depth in this yellow curry dish. no lemon grass flavor no deep umami flavors. just sugar and cheap yellow curry paste. was 3 pieces of potato in it, the vegetables were undercooked and the chicken was just bland and regular. lastly, we were finishing up our meal about 30 minutes before they closed, and the guy kept rushing us out. he gave us our check while we were still eating. and even started picking up our plates when I was clearly not done with the food on my plate. the service was fast and straight to the point, so when my boyfriend signed the receipt, the girl checking us out got upset because of the low tip. she asked us why the low tip, me and my boyfriend were shook up at that so i just raised the tip by a $1, then the male server said “wow really?” very loud and rude. needless to say i am never coming to eat here again. rude staff, bland and bare minimum thai food. clearly only here to feed college kids who dont know asain food other than...

So I've had Thai Basil in California and loved it except their hot n sour soup. Came here with husband and ordered drunken noodles (amazing dish to try!) pad see ew which I had in California (love this dish especially because it's a bit sweeter) and the Thai fried rice which I would highly recommend to go with anything you order! What a ton of food that came out hot, quick, and was so good! Could not stop eating even after I was so full. The place was quiet for a Friday night, very comfortable and small restaurant but beautifully lit and very clean. Our server was so patient with us, very helpful in making selections carefully to fit our needs especially since I've had Thai food once and my husband's never had it. Even though he's never been receptive to trying it, I finally convinced him and he's ready to back and try more as am I! Highly recommend! Bill after tip for iced teas and 3 entrees was $50 and we were very happy with it!

I found this restaurant on Google Maps and was intrigued by its impressive rating—over a thousand reviews and more than 4 stars. I was excited to have dinner here. I ordered the pineapple fried rice and pad thai, choosing a level 2 spiciness for both dishes, as offered by most Thai restaurants. When the dishes arrived, they smelled fantastic. The pineapple fried rice, made with curry powder and pineapple, was particularly addictive with its mix of sour and spicy flavors. However, my friend mentioned that the rice was a bit too wet. The pad thai, on the other hand, was just okay; it lacked the bold flavor of the fried rice, and the beef was dry and tough. Overall, the food was decent and the prices were reasonable. The restaurant's décor is also a nice touch, with plenty of elements that remind me of Thailand.
