I'm not sure why, but when I go into this location the short tiny male manager with red hair and a beard is always watching me with a mean and evil stare on his face, and is aware that he's doing it because I catch him and he turns away quickly. I returned an item once with him and he really gives me ugly stares when I go in and it makes me very uncomfortable. It's not my fault that UO consistently sends damaged and worn merchandise that I have to return... The Scottsdale waterfront location is worth the extra drive IMO, bigger store and nicer folks. Don't go here. Plus there is construction too all over Mill Ave and you have to pay to park, if your lucky to find a spot that isn't in the garage, so just drive the extra 10 to the Camelback store. I walked in with stuff that I wanted to return, 4 people were at the front desk yet NO ONE greeted me. They were all chatting among themselves and sitting on the table. As a former employee myself, I know that URBN employees are not allowed to sit when customers are present, let alone sitting there talking and totally ignoring me. I had to return it to a gift card and then use the gift card for my purchase because it didn’t equal the total amount refunded. Anyways when I went to use the gift card it was like defect or something and my transaction was like useless. After waiting and waiting they got the store owner (I think) And he handled it so well, turning my drama in to a pretty good customer service opportunity.
