The worst customer service I have ever received!!!!!! Go there cause my son likes the pizza, walked in and order a pepperoni pizza and I got garlic bread. First of all the cashier eating snacks while taking orders, she was not paying attention at all! I had to repeat this simple order like 3 times. Every single team member that was working there didn’t care at all! I got in my car, open the breadsticks and it was absolutely disgusting. It felt like they just put the sticks in the bag without cooking them and they were smooshed! Came inside and asked them to change them for me. (Am I asking for too much?) and all the cashier said was oh my god!! Oh my god!! Like I was bothering her!!! And every single one of them were giving me nasty looks. Got the breadsticks and of course same story. At this point I just wanted my money back cause of course I don’t want breadsticks specially with that attitude. Ask for a refund. And guess what?! They don’t do refunds for a single item, they have to refund the entire order so she wanted me to bring the pizza back?! I told her my son is already eating the pizza that I want a refund for the breadsticks. She gave me the same answer she gotta give me a refund and do another transaction just for the pizza. Why?! This is the only restaurant that does that!!! WTH little Caesar’s!!! I would never go back. This is not the first time this happened to me since I moved to Tampa. Little Caesar’s here it’s really bad. My son it’s going to have to like another pizza, cause this is ridiculous!! Maybe if they did their job good from the beginning people like me and like other people at the same time I was at this location waiting on a refund or a remake time that was not accurate they wouldn’t had this kind...
Read moreCheap pizza, like an assembly line. It's good if it's fresh. Kids aren't picky so it's great for my wallet. But the customer service is lacking.
I know this is beyond expected... But... I showed up before they opened so I could get a few pizzas when they opened. The people inside were just talking and looking at me through the window. I gave them a friendly wave and stood there waiting. Once they opened, they unlocked the door and when I ordered 5 pizzas they acted like I was inconveniencing them. They didn't have any pizzas cooked. As I said, this is above and beyond, but if they saw me standing there 10 minutes before they opened, someone could have asked me what I was ordering so I didn't have to wait once they opened.
Or even if they didn't do that, maybe don't give me a hard time about my order as if I'm...
Read more1-25-24 A group of us were outside waiting on the store to open up @ the temple terrace location on 56th St. I didn't know the other customers but they began to leave one by one because the sign said open @ 10:30am but they didn't open until after that. They didn't even have DOUGH PREPARED! You could hear the ghetto music from the street. Once I got in side they were so mean and and sad looking, one girl had her bed clothes on, Donald Duck slippers, one girl had her belly out and the manager was dressed even worse. The music was blasting! The manager acted as though it was business as usual. People were recording everything for YouTube. Lol. I will make sure I tell everyone to stay away from here, especially my students. They don't need to see this negativity in the...
