This is my 2nd time coming here in 2 weeks. First time i ordered the vegan fish with collards and yams. The fish was horrible. The chocolate cake was also over priced small portion and not so tasty. My husband ordered the Gyro in which he loved. The cabbage he also loved. The fish is soy based. Absolutely horrible. Just pieces of tofu with fish flavoring. No breading or anything The greens were good. They serve juice. Priced well taste fresh. We ordered two of the fresh juices. Our order came to over 50$
2nd time today 7.10 we came in. We called at 4, asked if it would be ok to come by 430 to a full kitchen with them closing at 5. As we live up north. We got off our route home. Drove sat in traffic, to arrive at a closed kitchen and almost closed restaurant at 433pm The cashier. Very friendly and besutiful spirited said. All the veggies were gone. My choice was empanada saffron rice and mac and cheese. The whole entire, extensive menu was not available. Which is why we came. So. I spent 18$ on a double order of rice and mac and cheese and a juice. Because nothing else was available.
It was a waste of time and money for sure. Misleading info took this place off our must stop places when in Tampa. In two visits we spent almost 80$ and were more than 70% dissatisfied both times!
Also in response to your response A. I travel out of the country and throughout Florida once a month. 2. I came back to your establishment only because of the kind cashier and your juice. Regardless if you sell convenience store items you are LISTED as a grocery store /Restaurant. If that's a problem see Google about that. As a multiple business owner myself...owning 3 successful businesses. I am fully aware of distinctions and categories of businesses. However. I am also aware that when a customer calls and ask a question regarding your closing time and your remaining items. It is more beneficial and customer service oriented to explain to them we are first come first serve. All items may not be available. Perhaps you can call back in 5-10 min. Instead. You told us. Yes! Come on our kitchen doesn't close until 4.45. You knew your items were not available. For some dishonesty and a few bucks are the way to go. When your in business for the ppl, serving 300 customers a day is business. Not to be used as a caveat for an award or accolade. As business owners its our personal business to do what we do. Our job is to do it to the best of our ability. I don't need you to tell me where to go in Tampa or anywhere else. I've probably been to more food places, countries and states than you all have collectively years on earth. The bottom line is Next time don't mislead a potential long term customer for $20.00

Read entire review, but also please read their (edited) response to me. (The 1st one was baffling too). That alone should tell you what type of establishment this is. I left all my original comments. I would never eat from a place this again even if the food was decent, ITS NOT. They don't care..., which equates to not caring about food quality, preparation, etc.... Let me call the health department to do a check up.
Just in case they edit it again I put a screenshot of their responses in the pictures. I truly hope whatever has you so aggressive, angry and down gets better.
1st Response: I never said it taste like chicken. I said it was mushy and gooey in the middle, like chicken fat.
From reading the ārealā reviews and how you respond to them, Iām seeing a pattern. If you would read your reviews objectively instead of with a clap back mindset you wouldāve seen that. How you respond to constructive criticism says a lot. Very vulgar and unprofessional.
I tried to be nice and say the veggies was ok... I guess because some complained the sides were bland, you decided to over salt it. Luckily the macaroni n cheese was bland. It took away some of the salt from the greens and cabbage. Truth be told I only took a few bites from the veggies as well.
Original post: I was ordering online and had never eaten here before. I called them to ask about the texture of the lions mane vegan chicken sandwich and whatās in the sauces. I told her Iāve never had lions mane before. I specifically asked if the inside is soft? The lady was very nice. I was told that the outside is crispy and the inside would have the texture and consistency of chicken, like a chicken sandwich (shredded). The sandwich was huge and the outside was crispy.However, the inside was like mush. The texture was gooey. Due to a sensory disorder I could not take another bite. It felt like I was biting into chicken fat. I cut it in half in hopes that I could put it in the air fryer. That was a bust so it went in the trash. That was a waste of 16.00 for a sandwich.

Today it was one young gentleman who seemed to really want to be unbothered. I asked for help but I was looking for options that were both gluten-free and soy free. He told me they had one or the other- but not both. Which is cool after a few more questions he directed me to the sides. So I decided to order a lot of sides to fill me and my children up. I asked for the yams but he said ā they are still working on the yamsā I asked how much longer before theyāre done and he replied āI donāt really wanna say, could be one hour could be two hours. ā Like he couldnāt just go ask the person in the kitchen and then I can decide whether we can wait on them or not. it was just completely dismissive. when I asked him the portion size for the sides he was a little indifferent again and he used two of his fingers (which unfortunately didnāt really help me) I said well can you show me the container? when he did I told him I have to double the order but to please put the sides all into large boxes instead of many of small containers ( I didnāt want to waste all of the different containers and I had my children hungry and waiting in the car so I knew they could a hold. larger box and it would be a quicker clean up.
