I would suggest staying clear from their estate sales and maybe looking for another company if you need one. Like other reviews have mentioned everything is overpriced. They will go off a price they see online and give you that price. They don’t compare prices to things that have sold, but what’s for sale. Anyone can overprice items online as well and never sell them. I think they need to at least look at sold items and be more reasonable.

Edit: I don’t understand how you do tons of research, I have gone to your estate sale and asked for a price for products that didn’t have one. When I asked one the the employees she pulled out her phone and gave me a price based on what they were selling for online. Please let me know how that is doing “tons of research” when I was given a price based on the first thing that was online. It took them about two minutes to give me a price. If there was “tons of research” done we wouldn’t have to ask for prices and everything would be a set amount. It seems as if you come up with prices...

If I could give them MINUS a rating, I would. I have been to multiple of their estate sales in the last 5 years and they are horrendous. The items are overpriced, and the owner bullies the clients into letting her keep the items at no cost and then over charges in her outdated, country chic wannabe stores. What's worse is that they say nasty things about customers when they think they cannot be heard. Ask them a question about something you may not know enough about and they scoff at you like mean girls for not knowing. And Heaven forbid you are not the right color of skin... they keep an eagle eye on you wherever you may go. To add insult to injury, you go into their store and they blatantly talk about people. Total mean girl type of business owner and staff. Save your gas, your money, and your time. Anytime anyone asks me where to go, they are never mentioned or included. This company is the worst company for an estate sale!!! Terrible communication! They changed the date without informing the family. We just happen to call them the Tuesday before the weekend & had to scramble to let all our people know. After the sale, it took them 6 weeks to clear the house out (& they said they'd clear it of everything within a week)! And they knew we were showing the house. They left trash on the floor & I had to call & call & call to get everything cleared out!! The whole experience was so unprofessional & so frustrating!! Some companies forget that they work for the customers, & as such, should go out of their way to make sure that all the things they say their going to do, gets done!! And if there's a problem, then communicate that. The customer SHOULD NOT EVER have to chase down the company for an answer!! I would NOT recommend this company for anything!! Hands down THE worst experience...
