Update June 2024 Placing an order over the phone is usually a challenge. That's if you can get someone to actually answer the phone. The pickup process could be a lot better. It often takes much longer than it should.
I would order from here much more often if it wasn't such a hassle to order and pick up my food. Original review - 2022 This place is great! We tried it for the first time about a month ago, and we've been back 4 times since then.
My order is a "special" one and you should try it!!! - Combination fried rice (sub the beef for chicken, making it "chicken, chicken shrimp", and then I add Chinese sausage). I like my spicy at a LEVEL 3, and that is perfect for me. It's not really spicy at first, but will build as you continue eating it!
SPICY LEVEL: from 0 to 5 I was told that spicy levels 4 and 5 were nonrefundable, so consider that when trying it for the first time. Thai spicy is NOT THE SAME AS CHINESE FOOD SPICY, CHECK YOURSELF.
The reason I give it 4 starts instead of 5 is because the takeout experience and online ordering process could use some improvements, but otherwise, this is 5 STAR food!
I'll update this review with more info when...
Read moreThis restaurant is a must if you like Thai food. First off, the atmosphere is makes you feel like you've been transported to another place. The lanterns hanging from the ceiling all around are enchanting. Our lovely server took wonderful care of us with a big smile. We went at around 5:30 and there were only a couple of tables with people. By 7pm it had picked up and we were on our way out. For appetizer we had the shrimp spring rolls. It had two tasty dipping sauces. One had a little spice and the other had a peanut taste. My date had the baked salmon red curry with spice level three. That was very spicy for him. My Tom Kha had spice level 1 and I could barely taste any spice and I'm a baby with the heat. It was so tasty especially with a side of Jasmine rice. I chose an appetizer for dinner, Thai chicken lettuce wraps. It had a moderately heavy garlic flavor. Thai tea and taro with boba were both quite sweet. The taro was way too sweet to drink. Prices are very reasonable. As of Aug 16 2023, it was a little less than $50 without tip for 2 specialty drinks, 2 appetizers, cup of soup, one entree. Would definitely recommend the food but not the drinks that are...
Read moreI think this is my 5th time there, I was hopping this place will be good as the decor that is astonishing, the first time I went there the plates are small but they were filling the whole plate, now they barely do it, I can go to many other thai restaurants that serve the double, but there are far, but I will drive far for more food and better taste, I ask for a chiken pepper, and it just have 3 little piece of chicken, I told them about it, and told them I would not eat that, they didn't care at all, in the end they still charge me for it, they just care about the money, not the customer, not even a sorry from the manager in another order I order Thai rice, she ask me how spicy, I told then to put the spice at side, so I can put it myself, they charge me for a extra sauce, who do that, flavor wise is good, but not that good, I was hoping for this restaurant to be good, but sadly is just keep going down hill, they don't give you a ticket until you pay, that way the over charge you, too sad for a beautiful place. If you love and know the Thai food as I do, you are better off getting to...
