Horrible horrible service! Placed an online order as usual, 2 plates exactly the same. Order was placed at 12:29, I pull up at 1:00, I go to drive through and say I have a mobile order. I give her my name and she proceeds with do you have the confirmation, I say no I don’t, which I didn’t cause my daughter placed the order and we have never been asked for confirmation, only ask for name on order Then says pull to the window. At the window they acted like they couldn’t find the order. Mind you it’s been 30 minutes since order was placed. She then says well I need to see confirmation, which I then say ok let me get it, so I call my daughter to send me the confirmation. She says you have to go around park and come inside. I then say no I am not going to pull around and come inside, last time I was told to do that I didn’t get my order til 45 mins later. She said well you will have to move you are holding up my line. (1 car behind me) I said I’m going to go around while I pull up the confirmation but I’m not parking nor going inside. Literally pulled up the confirmation, got up to the window, showed her the confirmation, then she says well I still need a name, which I give her again. Then she says well you’ll have to park, we are still working on it. At this point I tell her ok so what was the point of the “your order is ready confirmation then.” You said you needed to see the confirmation which I showed you just to tell me it’s not ready, it’s still being worked on and I’ll have to park after the order was placed 30 mins ago. This whole time she has an attitude and was being rude. I did ask for her name. She said its right here and pointed to her name tag…AMANDA. This is not the first time encountering Amanda and her rudeness at this location. I told her you are so rude. She said well if you are going to be rude I can too. I told her you were rude first. She said no I’m not I didn’t cuss at you. According to her since she didn’t use a cuss word it isn’t being rude. Um ok. First time I let it slide as we all have those days but apparently rudeness is her go to. Plus food isnt all that and never has it been fresh. And I’m sure all the reviews from this location saying the employee at counter was rude I’m sure they are talking about Amanda.
Only reason I went was a request from my husband…next time I’ll send him to experience the rudeness. I’m done with this location.
Do yourself a favor a skip this location. It isn’t worth it…service crap...
Read moreI entered the restaurant because there was a long line in the drive thru. Entered, there was a man and a woman in line. The man was quickly served as the woman was waiting for fire shrimp. Everything BUT fire shrimp was coming out. She let me in front so I can order. The server was in middle of training a new employee which I understood and I was very patient. Instead of serving me she decides to prepare two online orders. As it was a priority. According to her. And she emphasized this multiple times. Like we all get it. The entire time that I was waiting she was filling these two orders. First she put the rice. She walked away then came back and added an entree. Walked away. Came back and did the second entree. All the while there’s a line forming behind me. Then before she even finished the first order she started the second one. In the meantime, the drive thru staff was killing it. In the time that I was standing there everyone in the drive thru had gotten helped. I’m still not sure if the online orders got...
Read moreI ordered online, when I pulled up a few minutes after my scheduled arrival time to pick it up in the drive thru I was told that they didnt have enough super greens and that it would be ready in about 4 minutes. I was told to park out front and it would be brought out to me. Twenty minutes later I go inside, i can see the super greens on the counter and my forgotten about order containers off to the side. I explained the situation to the girl at the counter and she quickly put together the order for me and I was on my way. Clearly the team lacks communication, since we were so clearly forgotten about.i could see past it if they were busy but honestly they weren't.
