Chipotle Mexican Grill — Restaurant in Terrell

I usually really like this place in terrell , but recently the employees just seem to ALWAYS have the worst attitude. And I get it , this place is always busy and I’m sure you’re constantly on your feet and dealing with picky customers . But the last 4 times I have come here it has been terrible . Not to single anyone out here well I guess I am …. the guy or girl idk what their pronoun is , that wears a FULL FACE of makeup with eyelashes and a silly earring . Is literally so rude every time we come . Rolling eyes , ignoring questions , and just overall a bad employee in my opinion. I’ve always tried to understand and try to have sympathy. But it’s just getting old and it seems like the management isn’t doing anything about it . And that’s just one person . All the other employees are also super rude and like I said just ignore it don’t respond to questions or concerns . I really hate that I’m even typing this long review Cz I have never done this lol but it was either this or I Karen this place up and just nag nag nag . But I know it won’t solve anything . Hopefully the right person will see this review and do something about it . That is all lol . Oh yeah !! They also would portion so small . And charged us for guacamole when it wasn’t even ready . Worst Chipotle I have been to and I have been too many Chipotles in the DFW metroplex. I ordered an online order to avoid having to wait and ended up waiting over 15 minutes past the time the Chipotle app said it would be ready by. I was just sitting there watching people that were in line get impatient due to the slow moving employee that they had on line. They had two employees in the kitchen doing stuff, one employee on the actual line and one guy on the register. The guy in charge of online orders was in the restroom and didn't start on my order til about 10 minutes after the promised time. He also moved with no purpose. All the other Chipotles that I frequent are fast and have a system down. Maybe this location is slow because it's a bunch of high-school kids working there. One would think they could take some fast food training from Chic Fila which is a few hundred feet from them. I'm a rewards member so I eat Chipotle usually twice a week and have never had an experience like at this location. If you find yourself in Terrell, TX avoid this Chipotle and go to a different fast food place. Hopefully management will read this review and fix this location. Unfortunately this is the Chiptole that made me realize the downfall is real.

Portion sizes being smaller is for sure happening here. I had one scoop of rice and maybe a quarter scoop of beans. Steak was well overcooked and super fatty.

Drink area was abysmal. Lemonades were not full or labeled. And we were here for 25 min and no one seemed to care. So go for soda right? Wrong. Half of the sodas were all water and barely had syrup in them...

There was an employee having her lunch around 3pm on June 30, 2024 and had her trash scattered all over the entire first table. She also was watching videos on her phone at a very high volume which was very bothersome so we had to move tables just so that we couldn't hear it as much. Then we watched this employee leave her trash all over the table, clock back in, then clean the table on the clock. I get that cleaning tables is probably a part of your job, but you can't just clean up your own trash and be a clean person? Disgusting.

There are so many food options around here and chiptole should really only be your last resort in this area. Buccees may be more crowded but the food and service make it a way better option compared to...
