Old Navy — Local services in Texarkana

I was shopping the clearance racks that were clearly marked $9.99 up, $5.99-$9.99, $5.99 under. Nothing on those racks were priced as the signs read. I only found 2 items that were even under $9.99. When I asked the associate about this, she said you know how people just put stuff everywhere. Have a great sale going in the store.. Almost everything on sale as of now.. my Mother had bought me jeans for my b day. Wrong size she forgot to give me the receipt. They scanned them still the same as when bought.. I exchanged with out any problems.. The sales man was very friendly and very helpful.. and smelled great as a bonus... I experienced very poor customer service at the Texarkana, Texas store today. I was in the store for over 20 minutes and not one associate acknowledged me or asked if I needed any assistance.
