The lady who helped me was one of the kindest people I’ve ever met. She greeted everyone who walked in so warmly, making small talk and genuinely connecting with each customer. I had to hang around a few minutes for my order (which she went to the back and had my order pushed thru ASAP which was so nice) but the way she was so kind to every person who walked thru the door really stood out to me and made an impact. Me and my girlfriend bought some Bundt cakes for my mom for mother's Day online and the entire process was very easy, simple, and detailed. Upon entering the establishment we were nicely greeted by two young ladies who got our order to us fast and even helped us pick some recommendations for us to try being our first time. I can't say anything about the staff or customer service because I've never actually been in the store, but the cakes are phenomenal. Which says a lot coming from someone who doesn't normally like cake or sweets in general. The bundt cakes here are hands-down the most delicious, mouth-watering cake I've ever tasted.
