Dollar Tree — Local services in The Dalles

I love the Dollar Tree my wife is the manager there now but it is so mismanaged if with upper management it's pathetic my wife works 20 hours a day 6 to 7 days a week between Hood River and the Dalles I hope upper management sees this cuz there's definitely a problem if not more they fired all the people that she had working to start with at The Dalles and now she has no one to show up like this morning at 5 there was a truck to unload no one was there and buy company policy she's not supposed to even go in the store without another person present with her it's ridiculous they don't pay her enough the demand too much and they're mismanaged at the higher level other than that I love the dollar store I love my wife she's a good worker and she does what she can she goes above and beyond I rated a five-star as long as she's...

I think our store does very well, to spite the lack of employees. we, try our hardest to do our very best each and every day to have all the items our customers want or need. we do not blow up any balloons from elsewhere. as for glass items, we are not obligated to wrap your glassware you choose to purchase. some cashiers may do it if we have the time, and necessary wrapping on hand from empty boxes. our carts do not go outside. everything we all do is a team effort . just know our team does try our best and hope everyone can come in to the store and smile because our friendly staff is...

The manager is very rude. I asked her if her aisle was open when a lady was there getting balloons and she very rudely said no. I got in another line and she was next to me and proceeded to stare me down and when I didn't look away she said you can go to line three which I did but didn't respond to her. She then proceeded to call another girl over to stare me down when I was in the line.
