I rarely go to Dutch Bros anymore (used to go often but they don't have Kona Mocha smoothies which is my favorite go to drink). So it being Easter and the only place open (that I know of) I was very disappointed to not be able to use my free drink for my punch card that I had on April 4th (3 days after they quit accepting them I guess) It's a hit and miss if I will like the drink from there as it as and I couldn't remember what I used to get all the time when I would go which is a drink I do like and could drink a lot of it. But since it had been awhile since I have went to DB I couldn't think of the drink name (Unicorn Blood)and of course I thought of the drink name when I got home. I ended up going with a drink I had gotten years ago but ended up not drinking the whole entire thing (biggest one you can get and a freeze at that increasing the price) cuz I didn't like it. I know it wasn't their fault I couldn't remember the drink name and I didn't want to take to much time as the lines were long and didn't want to keep the people behind me waiting while trying to figure it out.. It was Easter and had my mom watching my baby etc.. needless to say it was very disappointing to not honor the punch card.. I wouldn't have cared as much about wasting the whole drink if they would have honored my free drink since I didn't drink it anyways. They could have just had me tear the card up in front of them if they couldn't take it over the counter.. I understand if they don't want to hand them out anymore for future rewards but at least continue to honor the ones that are filled already. Everyone else that I got drinks for that day (I was out running Easter errands and got drinks for the adults) were happy with their...

I visit Dutch Bros between 3 and 5 times a week. My coffee is almost always tasty! (On the rare occassion it's not, it's always remade with no issues.)
As soon as we got a Dutch Bros in our town, it was my new go-to coffee place for the simple fact of the uplifting positive attitude that's served with your cup of joe! However, over the last year or so, I've watched the bubbly, friendly, energetic demeanor that Dutch is known for, really decrease.
There are actually a number of employees I now dread seeing because even when I try to perk them up, they seem like someone is holding a gun to their head to be at work. Literally, not even a smile. It's a bummer because that's what got me hooked on Dutch Bros in the first place, was the uplifting positive vibe!
I get that we all have our bad days...but there are a few employees that lack a simple smile every single time I'm there and it's a real drag starting your day with someone that seems to be unhappy serving you.
BUT, a big huge shout out to my faves that make up for the ones lacking and are always kicking butt with a huge smile on their face! Those are the ones I come back for and love the days I get to see them. Good coffee and a friendly face starts my day...
Read moreAbsolutely love Dutch Bros and the people that work there! 😃 My favorites are the rebels, frozen lemonades, and the shakes n' smoothies. Notice how I didn't say coffee, because unfortunately I don't like coffee, but their drinks are so good they honestly make me like coffee a little, so that says something! But unfortunately I haven't gone back there in so, so long because of the line. I'll look at it in the morning, and already there's a line of people getting their coffee. I'll look at it in the afternoon, and there's a line of people getting their drinks on their lunch breaks. I'll look at it in the evening at there's still a line of people there! There really is no way of getting around it. I usually would park and would walk up to the window, but I just find it cringy having to walk in front of the people in their vehicles waiting in line before me. And the prices there have gone up, but what hasn't... Sometimes I'll treat myself and sometimes I'll say I can't due to how spendy it can be. But there's really no way of getting around that either unless you download their app and get their coupons. Which unfortunately with that my phone storage is full. There are so many apps out there now that you have to download on your phones to get coupons and such, it's ridiculous. I can't keep up, and neither can my phone. But with all that being said, I would still recommend...
