Both the owner and his brother, who claims to also be an owner, are outright rude with no consequence. According to them, they are making their business the way that they want and are in no way wanting to better their characters for real human interaction let alone customer service. Any smile is fake, and quickly disappears as soon as their act of hospitipal emotion fades. They cannot keep the facade long and eventually explicitly yelled at me after being ignored. They are immature and do not deserve business.
