Pizza Hut — Restaurant in The Dalles

After receiving a RAW pizza (yes, doughy and disgusting) on April 20th, I went back into the store and requested my money back. The cashier explained raw dough was a problem since corporate changed the dough, the temperature of the ovens, the cook time, and then was uncertain as to how to credit back my money so she said I would receive an in store credit and I would just need to use my name when I came in to use my credit. I stopped by 3 times to get a little lunch for myself but was unable to do that because there wasn't anyone in the store except on one occasion 1 person actually came from the back to answer the phone. I don't see how a business can operate if there is no employees working. So I sent my son in to get some dinner with my in store credit and the District Manager Juan was there, he said they could not honor the credit because the cashier apparently never put it in their system. This so called district manager was rude and wasn't even willing to help me get reimbursed for the raw pizza since I was unable to get the in store credit. This was my attempt in trying your pizza's and due to the lack of service and quality of the food I will not be recommending this establishment and would discourage anyone from eating there as I would not want them to get sick or have the poor quality service that I received. Yikes! I called in an order and they said it would be ready in 20-25 minutes. When I arrived 30 minutes later they couldn’t find the order. They apologized and said they will make it real quick and get it to me in 10-15 minutes. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and came back 20 minutes later and they had lost the order again!!! They said they will make it and to give them 10-15 minutes! I waited for it and I never saw the pizza go in the oven. Finally I waved down someone and they said “ we will be with you in a moment.” When the manager finally came over she said they hadn’t even started it. I asked for a refund and she said she didn’t know how to do it. So several minutes later she said she thinks she refunded the money but it will take a week to see the refund! I never got my pizza, I wasted over an hour, and my refund probably...

They forgot to deliver and item. The delivery driver said he would bring it back. 30 min later I called the store and the manager proceeded to yell at me, call me hun(though I asked her not to repeatedly), and tell me that the driver was new. Turns put they were put of what I ordered but it was on the receipt I signed!?! Then she said I was accusing her of lying bc I told her the delivery driver and I found it on the receipt. She never once offered a replacement or even apologized until I pointed that out to her! She refused to give me her name or let me talk to any one else. She said if I tried to call another day she would be there as well bc she works all week. She was rude and arrogant. I will not order...
