My husband and I had a poor experience with Jacque at this location. We initially spoke to her colleague on the phone, and decided to go into the store to switch our service to T Mobile. Jacque informed us the information we received on the phone was not accurate. She gave us different information, after which we told her we needed to discuss it more with each other before committing. In response, she told us if we left the store she would not waive the $80-$100 initiation fee. We clarified that if we even stepped outside the store and returned a minute later, we would need to pay that fee, and she said yes. This felt like a manipulative tactic meant to bully us into signing with T Mobile, which immediately let us know this was not the right company for us.
