T-Mobile Authorized Retailer — Local services in The Dalles

My husband and I had a poor experience with Jacque at this location. We initially spoke to her colleague on the phone, and decided to go into the store to switch our service to T Mobile. Jacque informed us the information we received on the phone was not accurate. She gave us different information, after which we told her we needed to discuss it more with each other before committing. In response, she told us if we left the store she would not waive the $80-$100 initiation fee. We clarified that if we even stepped outside the store and returned a minute later, we would need to pay that fee, and she said yes. This felt like a manipulative tactic meant to bully us into signing with T Mobile, which immediately let us know this was not the right company for us. We had a very different experience with both Verizon and AT&T, where the employees we spoke with encouraged us to do our research and make the best decision...

This is Troy love, I just wanted to say something about the T-Mobile team here in The Dalles Oregon, I would highly recommend anyone to get their service here at T-Mobile, since I've been coming here they've helped me more than any of the other places I've been and I won't mention I'm just out of respect, I would just like to say thanks to Jackie the manager here, and Jada I she's been very patient with me and that says a lot if you know me but also Asia really good, and last but definitely not least Christian Christian is always had a really great attitude and he fills in wherever he can, so I don't know what is fox make but if they were my employees I'd make sure they were making enough not to lose them and I'm not saying you don't pay enough they seem pretty happy 😊 but I can tell you if anybody deserves a good recommendation it's Jackie, Jada, Asia, and Christian, sincerely, this is Troy...
