I frequent this place quite a bit but lately the times that I've went there to get a product that I used to get from there that seems to not be there when I go there now and that is Lucas gas treatment not fuel system cleaner but Lucas gas treatment in the silver bottle or the gray bottle they seem to not have it the last three or four times that I went there so I'm not going there anymore at least not for that product and I don't particularly care too much for STP gas treatment which was all that was left to me and my car does not like STP gas treatment so I just got some because I didn't want to put gas in my car naked because you don't know what you're getting from the gas pump that's what I mean when I say putting fuel in my car naked not having gas treatment or the appropriate gas treatment to put in your car that you like not having it so you can sell more STP instead of the product that I really want y'all may not think that I know that that's what's going on and all you left me was STP to buy instead of what I really want not good and I will not buy STP again I'll just have to put fuel in my car naked no treatment will not be forced to buy a product that I don't want I'll find it somewhere...

I walked in asking about the screw for my license plates while on the her personal phone the woman behind the counter states get anyone. I finally grab one after standing there for 10 min and not a sole asked if I needed help. I asked if someone will be able to advise me how to put the screw on the plate she states with an attitude “ O we don’t do that.” At this point I’m upset. Not only do you “not” help your clients whom you see struggling with a decision, you all don’t assist in explaining or demonstrate how to use the product. I will NEVER shop her again. Autozone employees not only are hands on they really assist with solving problems. Horrible...

Last week this store "manager" Rosie totally lost respect of all customers by refusing to help a female customer requesting a cartridge of red hi-temp trailer grease. First trip she stated she had none, 2nd trip an employee was shown the cartridge and was in process of being helped when Rosie yelled at the employee to leave or be fired, she then threatened to call the police and have the 74 year old female customer removed. This manager should be fired, a customer should never be treated this way! They just lost a customer advocate for ever!!!!!!! Lots of auto stores with...
