They refused my valid coupon at order point then I was told to drive back around to re-place my order as the male manager entered it incorrectly. I refused to drive back around and went inside and ithe visit got even worse. I asked several employees for the gentleman’s name at the window and they refused. I repeatedly asked for the manager few minutes later a female manager came to assist. The man from drive thru is rude and should not be serving Anyone in our community- he refused to give me the complaint number he refused the district managers name and refused to sell me the 3 meals I originally ordered. The female manager gave me the complaint numbers and made the order. The 2 ladies at the window said nothing- the cashier in front said I can’t give you his name. I asked them were they in fear or felt threatened because the work environment is very hostile as if they are in fear of this bad employee this needs to be looked into. The cook in back also knew his actions were inappropriate as he just shook his head at his behavior. No customer service given. The coupons don’t expire until June but at this point I’m very upset and told the female manager charge me full price it’s not my fault your coupons don’t work. At this moment I’m so upset honestly I’m not even going to eat this appetite is ruined from this rude male at the drive through window- had I NOT went INSIDE I wouldn’t have SEEN the sanitation issues you also have here everything I laid my eyes on was FILTHY all types of shoes under tables dirty floors windows like caked on buildup everywhere on both sides of the counter-also very unorganized-a green sanitation bucket with black water in it if you have cameras here run them back you will see. I did not yell or curse or anything like that-however the service received was very hostile. I will be voicing this complaint to the proper agencies- health department for sanitation better business bureau for false advertising unacceptable coupons and district corporate offices for rudeness by a manager also Illinois department of human services to see if the employees are working in a hostile environment-lastly to city and township officials-our community residents deserve decent service without rude employees in a...

The first time I regretfully came to this ungodly Restaurant they had me waiting over 20min after telling me they were just about out of everything. After giving them a second chance the next time I came they forgot my fries. I was done. THE ONLY REASON I went back the third time after over a year and a half was because it was late and my children were hungry. I already knew what I was in for..so after telling my wife how much I hated going there I practically told her exactly how the visit would go. I said "watch this," first they're gonna say what they're out of, then they'll have customers waiting for who knows how long. I pulled up to the drive through behind a customer who was placing their order, rolled down my window and said to my wife take a listen. And sure enough...."We don't have no string beans," 5 seconds later..."we got it." Customer then orders chicken strips..."We dont have no chicken strips," I said to my wife, "what did I tell you,"? Then the wait began...almost 30 min which is totally unacceptable. As a person who works in customer service for over 16yrs theres no way I would have paying customers waiting that long, yet alone telling them were out of everything. Read moreAbsolutely my worst experience at a Popeyes. I was the only car in the drive though. The girl took my order then asked me to pull around. She then proceeded to ask me again multiple times what did i order again with and attitude because she continued to forget. ALL I ORDRED WAS 2 ORDERS OF CHICKEN TENDERS. NOT THAT HARD TO REMEMBER. After about 10 minutes of trying to figure out what I ordered she gave up said I can not hear you you have to come inside. I was already talking at the pickup window, by this point there are about 7 cars behind me. I'm Sorry clearly I came though the drive though so i didn't have to come inside. At this point I'm Starting to get irritated the manager finally tries to help out this poor girl out. They finally get my order in the system and tell me to pull around and wait. So I wait and wait and wait. Watching every car go by that was behind me. Hmmmm I'll be patient 15 minutes, 20 minutes.Surprise I had to go inside anyways, look at that my order is sitting on the counter, I notify the manager how unprofessional the service is here meanwhile the girl that been trying to take my order the entire time is looking at me like I'm in the wrong.
