I will never go back to this store, appalling customer service. My husband and I purchased a rocker recliner from this store 2 years ago that from the moment we got it had issues. The chair was creaky and squeaky, but we figured it was because we had bought one of the cheapest ones they had. Now, two years later we went back for an upgrade and purchased another rocker recliner for 3 times the price of the previous one. Our salesperson was perfectly friendly while we shopped and when we mentioned our concerns about a new chair squeaking assured us there was a 3 day return policy that started from the day of possession. The day after purchasing we noticed this new chair was also creaky in the wood and had squeaky hinges, sounding like a chair that was five years old. My husband took it back that same day for an exchange, thinking perhaps it was that specific chair. The manager gave him attitude and implied he was just hearing things. When we took the replacement home we noticed the same thing; the chair squeaked, creaked and the back wouldnt lock properly. Fed up, we decided to return the chair for a full refund. Upon bringing the chair back to the store the manager Connie was beyond rude and unprofessional. She said "Are you sure it's not just your floor? Because I don't hear any creaking and the last one you brought back didn't have any issues either. I don't know what your motivation here is." She also tried to act as though during the COVID they aren't doing 3 day returns, even though 3 days before the salesperson assured us of the policy and it was on the sales paperwork. She did very well placing the pieces that we picked out in good position in our room. We love the furniture and decor. HOWEVER. We were told we would have ALL of our furniture in 6-8 weeks. The sales associate told us sometimes itās even sooner. HaHa. We got our furniture 12 weeks and 3 days after ordering. Seriously?!? 3 months we waited all while we planned events in our home and parties where we assumed we would have our new furniture to accommodate more guests. We called numerous times and were told sorry but that our order was pushed back bc of the holidays. Never once did the manager contact us or anyone offer anything in place of our INCONVENIENCE after spending Thousands on our new furniture. All of this while my husband was deployed and I was dealing with the wait on my furniture with all of the other stressors of daily life. Needless to say my ENTIRE family. The sales lady didn't mention any delays or warn us of time delays; she was also retiring that day. We finally received our furniture in July of the next year. The sectional was horrible. The cushions looked twisted and uneven, you could see a ridge in the seat cushions from the foam padding. It looked like a 10 year old put it together. We filed a claim and after a week had to call them to see what they were going to do about it. They sent two guys out who tugged and reshaped and told us it was they way we sit on the couch. They sent photos to their boss who asked them to take the section that was messed up. A month later, after calling to find out the status, they hadn't started working on it. A week later we get a call they are ready to deliver. We got it Friday and they did absolutely nothing to the sectional. Didn't touch a thing. We spent a lot of money and trusted that they would make it right and we got nothing. We still have an expensive sectional put together by a 10 year old. We will never buy anything from...
