STAFF- Well rude and incompetent for starters. So we waited in line for a bit but I'll go into more detail below. When we finally get to a register it started off fine until it took a turn. We had three pairs of pants two of which were 12.99 and another was 10.99. The cashier rang up the first two which were the more expensive then went to ring up the cheaper pair. Well the barcode wasn't ringing up no worries usally they just then imput the numbers. Not this cashier she didn't even try she just went to charge us more money. Which okay it's just two dollars more but still on principal. When confronted she said she couldn't do anything more like she wouldn't do anything. We kindly suggest that she try to put in the numbers down below but she got all snippy saying it wouldn't work. Since she was being so rude we asked to see a manager simply because it is still money and this cashier was doing nothing to help. Well when the manager came over the cashier had the gull to say we were just looking for a discount. Needless to say the manager just manually imput the number (the one the cashier said wouldn't work) and we were able to be on our way.
SERVICE- Well they only had 3 registers open for a line that was out of the designated area. People were buying 20 plus items and the cashiers were really slow. Not their fault their understaffed. However there was employees just standing around doing nothing which was a bit confusing.
FITTING ROOMS- What a disaster. There was clothes in all of them thrown throughout. The rejected rack was so full people were throwing their clothes on the floor. There also wasn't really any rooms open since they had clothes just stacked in them.
SELECTION- I think the only good thing about this expirence was the selection. They had a huge women's selection with clothes for all seasons. Also there was some nice brands there to chose from.
WOULD I GO BACK?- Short answer no. I don't live nearby and certainly would not go out of my way...
Read moreI had an extremely disappointing and uncomfortable experience at this Burlington location. As soon as I walked in, I was stopped and made to look directly at the security camera. This felt completely unnecessary and, frankly, insulting—as if the camera doesn't already capture everyone entering the store. It sends the message that customers are assumed to be thieves the moment they step inside.
This kind of treatment is unacceptable and reflects very poorly on the store's management. I lived in Nashville for 10 years, where the crime rate is significantly higher, and never once encountered such a degrading and unprofessional practice at any retail store.
If theft prevention is a concern, then invest in proper, professional security staff—ideally someone who is friendly and actually wants to be there. Instead, I was met with someone who clearly disliked their job and made the experience even worse.
This was my first and absolutely last time shopping here. It’s sad to see a store operate this way....

The item I was trying to purchase was damaged and there were no others available so I asked for a discount and an employee agreed. When I went to check out the manager was mad about the markdown even though it was damaged, no one should have to pay full price for a damaged product! The manager was visibly upset and very rude but put a mark down sticker on anyway. When the cashier took over she overrides the tag and charged me $4 over what the manager marked it to! I didn’t catch it until I got home and now I’m in utter disbelief! They were really both (manager and cashier) mad that I purchased a discounted item?! I want to go back so I can rightfully get my money back that I was overcharged but I do not want to make a scene considering the manager was already rude to begin with! I shop at this location frequently and now will sadly have to go 20 minutes out of my way to shop at ANY...
