My family is full of outdoorsman. So it's not a question of what I am going to get them for Christmas, where. Enter Cabela's in the Grove shopping center just off 144th Ave. in Thornton. If you're an avid outdoorsman or know someone who is Cabela's is the place to shop. They have a wide variety of hunting apparel, hunting, fishing and camping accessories, snacks, just about everything you need to survive in the wilderness. The closest thing I get to the wilderness is my back yard, but only because my push mower ran out of gas. The staff is very knowledgeable and courteous, and they know a thing or two about the their merchandise and can answer any questions you may have about anything they sell. Mark was the Sales Associate I delt with at the Thornton Cabela's, and really went above and beyond the call of duty in helping me out. And this is the reason I like to go to brick and mortar stores. The professionalism of the staff and the pleasure of being able to ask questions and get face to face answers, is way better than the sterile atmosphere of online shopping. And sometimes, what you see in the picture, doesn't look anything like what you ordered. So it's nice to be able to try before you buy. There are just two shopping days left until Christmas. And if you're like me, I operate better under pressure, so it's a mad dash up until stores close on Christmas Eve to get all my shopping done. And if you have an outdoorsman in your family that can be a bit persnickety when it comes to buying gifts, Cabela's in the Grove off 144th Ave. in Thornton is your go to place for last minute shopping -- or any shopping for that fact. The store is well laid out, the staff is knowledgeable and friendly and they know the meaning of the words customer...

My boyfriend parked his truck here by the F45 and Grove st (right across from blackjack pizza) one night over this past weekend since I live in the apt complex across the street and we didnāt want have to deal with getting him a parking permit. His truck was gone the next morning (with many declined charges on several credit cards the next day). We called all the businesses to see if they have cameras towards the parking lot. A couple businesses said 3-4 cars are being stolen per month. Be on the lookout and donāt make the mistake we did by leaving your locked vehicle...

If you are looking for outdoor goods you can't go wrong with Cabela's. Boot Barn has a good selection, I always find what I need. If you are there around lunch try a restaurant. Great place, can't wait to see the other stores coming to the area. Also, The Grove is just across I25 from Orchard Town Center. So if you can't get your shopping down between the two something is wrong. There is a Lowe's just to the North of Orchard Town Center off of Huron. There is something...
