Employees ,every week a new face and when asking or trying to solve something they always say " Im new", no managment on weekends and the free laundry.. well, is good with 3 washers but nobody won't enforce people removing your personal clothing from washer without your aknologe and just put them in the dryer...let the FD and GM know many times rude answer like we can't monitor...YOU HAVE CAMERAS also, my Bra and underwear should not be touched or put in dryer by stranger as it is delicate and personal, I caught 3 people and they don't care , my husband got almost into a fight ..... let's put it that way the Employees I new when we checked in April are no longer there, and most quit as I spoken to them.I'm still at the hotel and will post my honest opinion once we check out. The room is speacuas ,modern,TV larger with cable ,couch uncomfortable, beds are comfy, kitchenette have everything you need . Most hauskeepers are good in cleaning 1x a week ,others are great and take pride which you can tell by the way they clean. Caitlyn is the OPM ,she called my room once at 8am to tell me she wants to change my cleaning day from Sunday to during the week .I took the time and went to FD to speak to her directly and explained... before she was even around when we checked in, we always had service on Sundays, since this is my husband's only day off and we have a large dog we take him out, during the week I cannot go outside in 100 degrees and wait for them to clean because its a inconviance to my needs as a guest. Next Sunday dispite her agreeing not to change it she did not put me on the list to be cleaned on Sunday instead Monday morning...very disrespectful on her part but FD made it happen. Caitlyn never apologized to us!!! Since we are in a 1 bed suite with no pool or breakfast provided, price is steep and one thing that really upset me is.....after 3 months of being in a suite the GM refuses to give us a long stay discount or as promised get back to us on this. All hospitality places, Hotel, extanded stay, vacation homes will provide 25-35% if you stay 30 days or longer ,,,the longer you stay the greater the discount.... not recommended for business travellers or contractors long term to accomadate and keep the most paying guest to make them feel appreciated especially paying over $ 3600 a month. I called corporate but they also don't...
Read moreMatt checked me in and is the sweetest person! He was extremely helpful and has great customer service skills. He greeted me with a smile from the minute I walked in. He made check in super easy and answered all of my questions. We needed to stay for the weekend with our dog. Pet fee for 2 nights is $25. It’s does increase depending on length of stay. In comparison to other hotels, this is a great deal! Some hotels charge exorbitant pet fees. I wasn’t too happy when I received a room by the elevators. In past experiences, it can get loud and I was worried our dog would go nuts hearing people getting on and off elevators. I was so surprised when we could barely hear a thing outside of our room! It was a very quiet stay! We had a king bed suite, it was very clean! No pet hair or strange odors. The kitchen comes fully stocked with silverware, paper towel, plates, bowls, etc. There is a big fridge, microwave, small double stove top, sink, coffee maker, and dishwasher. Bathroom was clean and had plenty of towels. Comes with body wash, shampoo and conditioner in shower. (No hair dryer ladies!) Linens were very clean. The bed was extremely comfy. Coffee and tea is available in room or down in the lobby. There is an inexpensive cafe to purchase drinks, snacks, etc. I honestly wasn’t expecting much from this hotel, but was pleasantly surprised and happy with our stay. It exceeded my expectations. Great customer service, clean and stocked rooms, quiet and comfortable. If you’re looking for an affordable stay but also quality,...
Read moreI recently stayed at a hotel that was perfect for my extended business trip. The room provided everything I needed to feel comfortable and productive throughout my stay. The highlight was definitely the comfortable bed and the addition of a recliner sofa, which made relaxing after a long day of work a breeze.
One of the standout features of this hotel was the inclusion of a desk in every room. It allowed me to set up my laptop and work in a dedicated space without any distractions. Additionally, the small but functional kitchenette was a great convenience. It was equipped with a microwave, coffee maker, toaster, sink, dishwater, and a fridge. I appreciated having the option to prepare my own meals or store leftovers.
The hotel also had a helpful policy of allowing guests to borrow kitchen appliances from the front desk. This was especially useful when I needed something specific for cooking or food storage.
However, one area where the hotel could improve is the lighting. I found it to be somewhat lacking, especially in the evenings when I needed to work or read. Brighter and more adjustable lighting options would have been appreciated.
Overall, this hotel provided the perfect amenities for an extended business stay. The comfortable bed, convenient recliner sofa, well-equipped kitchenette, and availability of kitchen appliances from the front desk made it an excellent choice. With some improvements to the lighting, it would be...
