Your Pie Pizza — Restaurant in Thornton

I used to come to Your Pie Pizza frequently. I moved away then moved back after a few years. It is sad to see how the restaurant is now.

-The pizza is significantly smaller than before. Overall size is smaller, the dough & crust is thinner and they give less toppings. I used to order a personal pizza and eat about half of it, maybe 4/6 slices, then save the rest. But I can easily eat the whole pizza now. Not worth the money in my opinion.

-When I came in, it was complete chaos. We placed a pickup order and that was the biggest mistake ever. Even though we came in at the time the website said the order would be ready, it took over 30 minutes to even get someone to talk to us and figure out our order. The in-person line went through about 3-4 times before we got our 2 pizzas. Then we were given the wrong pizza and had to go back in to get it figured out. They didn't make the pizza wrong; they just gave us someone else's pizza by accident.

-The staff was stressed, and frantic, so I felt bad, but it was never like this before. When I used to come, it seemed all the employees were on the same page and on top of everything. They had good energy and were welcoming.

-Only one staff member, an older gentleman who was handling boxing the pizza, wasn't wearing gloves. Everyone else was. This was kind of gross and you could see customers whispering about it. Just wear gloves, even if you are just doing sauce and boxing. It looks disgusting and weird when only one doesn't wear them and touches every single person's order.

Overall, 2 stars because the small flatbread with cheese and toppings (my pizza) was still delicious. Just smaller, and higher priced...

After talking to most linkcon plaza fellow local nabiors and community don’t understand how your pie shows it’s rating! After reciving such extreme inconsistency from your pie, dear “Elvien or Evon that claims to be working there two years doesn’t know how take order to save her life! Her alone every ti e devolves phone issues , Many consumers Ive spoke to and locally says exact same thing! After even every call, she only one to be givin an order past three times and now past seven different individual phone orders you make us sound like broken recorder your pie,… after six moths a employee in this fast past for inverment should order like drive through. By law a drive through order wait time is 12 mins,.. this among other couple time I’ve over tip to receive to.I’ve wait over seven hour four nights ago to wait on meal that should’ve been brought less then at least 15 mins. Ive no choices but to post this and but talk owner himself and figure out what problem is with Evona.. why she blamed it on the phone every time she order to do her job!,, I’m sorry but girl you need go back to mop and broom and hand rag start from the bottom up again.I gave another local business my business and much larger tip. I have gone to this your pie location multiple times and have never had a bad experience until now. Of course, there are the occasional rude workers but of course everyone has bad days, but today was a much different experience. I go in, order my food, everything seems fine. Once I get to the register the guy who made our pizzas didn’t ask if we wanted any drinks or sauce so I, they never do anyways, so we always assume the sauces are free because we get small cups for ice water anyways. Once he rings us up I ask for 4 ranches for my girlfriend and I and 2 small cups for ice water. He proceeds to give us 2 ranches and gives us the water cups, then gets on a phone call so the other guy takes over to give us our receipt. We ask for the other two ranches and he looks at us annoyed and says “next time you’ll have to pay for those.” And we say “we asked for 4 and he only gave us 2.” And he just walks away, the other guy didn’t even charge us anyways. We go to sit and wait for our pizzas and mind you, it is dead there’s 2 other costumers, our pizzas didn’t go in the oven that we saw was empty, for another 5-10 minutes. When they did put them in, it took a lot longer then usual even though it was dead in the store. When we finally get our pizzas we see that they are completely burned. It tasted like ash and was the worst pizza we had gotten from here yet. I am disappointed in their service and hope they can...
