Top of the Hills — Local services in Thornton

I've been going to this little convenience store since I was a student. It's always had its problems, there aren't a lot of clear price listings and half the time the prices seem to just kinda change on the same item, and I've definitely seen some expired items still fully on the shelves, but they generally have a solid stock and were always a convenient option for me, and the staff was very friendly. That said, in the past year or so, the previous manager has left, and a new one has taken his place. The new manager (and frankly, a lot of the staff that has been hired) are actively rude to customers. My last time going in, I was actively insulted. When there are multiple other convenience stores and gas stations in the area with better pricing, more friendly staff, and more consistently quality products, there's really no reason to ever...

The manager who speaks very little if any English is the rudest acts luck he is talking to someone else when he is not acts like he is inconveniencd by asking him anything you lay your money down to pay for something and he is no no dont throw money at me I want you lay it done like this. You know where I really want to put that money and send that sorry sob back to whatever country he came out of. Hey its the only store in the area u can walk to and buy like milk that's marked up 300percent and liquor u can walk home without driving and they no that. I was there tonight buying a chocolate milk and had some guy harassing me trying to get me to tell him where he can buy fentanyl or if I can buy it for him (i literally have never seen this man before and don’t know why he thought I knew where or would buy him fentanyl) and when I told the cashier he needs to call the cops because that man was harassing customers over drugs, he refused and said no because he isn’t causing harm to the store. Had to call the cops myself and when the cops asked the cashier if he wants to trespass the man he said no because he didn’t cause any harm. So...
