09/25/21 = Our first time eating here wasn't a good experience at all. Not terrible, but not good or normal by any means.
Our group ordered separately and then after waiting over 20 minutes for our food to arrive at our table, we went up to the counter to ask about status. The counter and inside waiting area was full of other customers asking the same. Some had been waiting 30 and 45 minutes for their burgers and some even for a couple milk shakes!!
A staff person brought our food, but it was only half our order. We had to go back up to counter two more times to get our full order. The situation was getting so uncomfortable and ridiculous inside that the staff basically kept their backs to all us inside customers and focused mainly on drive-thru. The group of customers at the counter and waiting area had to start calling out to the staff to acknowledge us and resolve our orders. Staff here needs customer service training.
As mentioned, our group ordered separately. My part of the group (5 people) got our food before the other part of our group (2) and they ordered before we did. We had to go back to the counter to get the rest of food. So, in total we went to the counter at least 4 times to get our groups total order. So it took over 30-45 minutes and multiple trips to the counter to get our food.
Then to seemingly top things off, after our group was done eating nearly an hour after arriving; a staff person came to our table to deliver a portion of our order that we had already received. (Since we had previously gone to the counter multiple times earlier in our visit.) They acted like it was no big deal to be delivering burgers nearly an hour after they were originally ordered.
More and more people were going up to the counter the entire time with issues and we could hear verbal exchanges sitting at our tables. There were also issues with the drive-thru. As we left, we saw people walking up to the door to eat inside but the door was locked. It seemed they locked the doors to prevent more customers from coming inside. I assume to focus solely on drive thru despite it was still nearly two hours before closing time.
I'd like to blame the tragic comedy of errors and poor customer service on staff shortages, but I saw at least 8 staff people and I'm sure there were others I couldn't see.

Read moreWe haven't eaten at this location in a while and we stopped to eat Monday evening and it was such a terrible experience. There was a young man on his phone behind the counter that didn't even acknowledge us, the young lady from the drive thru came over to take our order. The drink and condiment station was filthy. We have never seen the restaurant in such disarray. We took a seat after we ordered. There were several young male employees seated nearby in booths heckling one another, being loud and obnoxious, using vulgar language. Then when our food came out the young man that brought it out just tossed the tray onto the table and walked away. My husband and I decided we would speak with the manager on our way out to voice our concerns. During our meal two of the young men started tossing ice over the booth. I got up and told them I didn't appreciate them throwing ice. One of the boys apologized and the other looked at me and said, "what??" and laughed. So this behavior upset my husband and he went to speak with the manager immediately. Another employee came out and told the boys that the manager wanted to speak to them, they didn't acknowledge or get up to go see the manager, they stayed in the booth laughing. The Manager finally came out and meekly told them to keep it down and to stop cussing. They had absolutely no respect for the manager and she in fact seemed intimidated by them. As we left the restaurant the same male laughed and taunted us on our way out saying, "what?? I can't hear you!", "you think I am being disrespectful??" I cannot believe the behavior allowed and tolerated by this restaurant. I called the next day and asked to speak with the Store Manager. A gentleman came to the phone and I asked if he was the Store Manager and he said no, that he was a shift manager. He stated that Miguel is the Store Manager and he was not available so he took my name and number and said he'd call me back. Never heard from him. I hope that the owner sees this and contacts me and looks into the people they have staffed at their restaurant. Unbelievably disappointed.

Read moreFirst Time Ever to CULVER'S. My wife and I had never tried Culvers and we were near the 9790 Washington St location in Thornton CO. It was Sunday afternoon April 16 2023 at 3:00 PM. "WOW" were we treated to probably the worst fast food restaurant experiences of our lives. There was two people ahead of us in line yet it still took ten minutes to place an order. After doing so we found the coke dispenser would not work so had to chose another soda, and the Iced tea was empty! We searched for a table and there must have been twenty of them... all dirty. We asked for one to be cleaned and the young girl came out and some what wiped one for us. She promptly went back behind the counters and leaned with her back to the kitchen not cleaning one other table. We sat and waited for our food which was two burgers and two salads. The food arrived with one fork and the wife had ordered French dressing but not on our tray. She went to the counter to find that they were out of french dressing yet still sold her the salad not saying anything at the time of order or delivery. Then a little girl dumped her tray into the garbage which there were two with no attention to come soon. So the result was half trash in the can and half on the floor. You could see this was the first attempt the use the trash cans. We asked to speak to the manager who came over with in five minutes. We let her know that there were no clean tables a there were three lady's behind the counter not doing anything. The young lady, who could not have been more than a shift lead told us that two of the girls were Spanish speaking only and it was their first day. To which we asked does that mean they can not tend to the tables and trash. We were given no answer. Anyway this store was a train wreck and filthy from one end to the other with absolutely no leadership. Not thinking we intend to recommend nor revisit their establishments in the future. They have great potential and possibilities but no sense of urgency...
