Last week my sister-in-law, niece, and I all got our ears pierced. Not only was the woman who helped us extremely helpful, she was beyond talented in multi-tasking. Her coworker was on her lunch when we were in so she was the only one in the store doing piercings and helping customers. She honestly was so good with my 2 year old niece and was very calm, cool and collected through the tramatic second piercing. The earrings are absolutely adorable there and a fantastic price. All sales are final so keep that in mind when you go. Bailey, if you're reading this, thank you so much for assisting us. Great concept of (extremely Cheap) jewelry. Costume for proms or just going out nites, and everyday jewelry that's DESIGNED very well to match contemporary styles you'd see in major retail stores. HOWEVER Most of these cheap metals can cause allergic reactions like itching AND a pair of (PRETTY) cubic zirconium stones fell Right off before I even got earring on. Can't recommend this place enough for an ear piercing - especially for kids.

We brought my niece here to get her ears pierced today on her 7th birthday and the entire staff of girls were all SO kind and accommodating and patient.

My niece got really nervous before the piercing and was crying for a while. They all were so gentle and patient with her while it took quite some time to finally get the courage to let them pierce her.
