I always go to the BoxLunch store at THE OAKS mall in Thousand Oaks. It's my favorite shop in the mall. Aside from having beautiful, unique products that I love!, the staff is always fun, informative and kind. The last time I was there both Kieren and Johnny where very professional and patient with me even though I was rushing at the end of the day to find the right outfit for an interview the next day.
The Store Manager Johnny is always helpful, attentive, and knowledgeable on the products because he cares about the same shows and movies the customers do. So many employees in other stores in THE OAKS (Not Box Lunch) are not excited about their products or show any interest in helping customers. This is not true of Johnny and his staff at Box Lunch. They are enthusiastic about upcoming movies and artists whose artwork is being displayed on BoxLunch apparel and accessories. And I will admit that because of our shared enjoyment I will purchase more at BoxLunch based on our fun conversations.
My last trip to the store, Kieren helped me find all the right sizes and patiently assisted me as I tried on multiple sizes of the same shirt. Thanks to him I found the perfect outfit to wear that gave me confidence the next day. They are even patient when I bring in my one year old son and help me find toddler outfits for him. I can't say enough about these two gentlemen and the great job they do at BoxLunch. I'll def be returning soon to buy more products at this fun, welcoming...

If you're looking for a particular item, just call or ask in store. The staff will look into their database and see if the item is at a nearby store. Don't pass on their sales online too and ship to this store. I've always had a great experience here and even gotten some holds and pick up extensions done...
   Read morePoor customer service, we waited in line for 20 minutes, went inside to do some shopping and they brought us outside to make the payment, I felt like my shopping was rush to an end by the employee, also the machine was faulty not taking digital payment. Also online shop cancel items that store didn’t have only that they had it in store at double price...
