I've been going to this location sometimes twice a week since they opened. Always use my Veteran husbands ID or my Tanger gold club when making so many purchases. Last time I was in my app would not load and the old woman with short hair looked at my husband said there is nothing to scan unless it opens. Another worker told me she lied they have the codes on the counter. So I went up to ask her and saw the codes taped to the counter clearly she said she didn't say that to him. I'm like you know I'm gold and the vet status. She then said everyone says they are. Ohhh boy. The attitude and out right nasty attitude sent me. She saw my app trying to open. I was signed in on the website.

I said I'm not a liar and the way she was acting was ridiculous. She scanned her bar code and finally just did it while continuing to roll her eyes and act the way she was. Like I'm lying and garbage.

I went outside and by the time I got to my car with my hubby the app loaded. I walked myself back in and showed her I was gold. And that I'm not a liar and don't appreciate her saying that. She rolled her eyes. Said I didn't say that. I said yes you did. By saying everyone says they are is saying I'm a liar and trying to scam you by saying I'm a gold member. More rolling her eyes treating me like I'm worthless. I'm a good person. I don't lie. My husband is a Vet. We have a disabled child as well as myself. We eat a lot of Sweetz candy. I won't ever set foot in this location or any other until I get a heart felt apology. I did nothing wrong and her behavior was awful. Pretty sad when the young workers have more kindness manners and knowledge over an aged woman

She deserves to be fired for her behavior was horrendous. The way she lied and treated my husband then me.

Shame on her. Shame on Sweetz for allowing this behavior...

I really, really love the store, but my only complaint is the salt water taffy in the summer. It melts and I believe I had made the suggestion to buy a cooler and place the saltwater coffee and their buckets with names to them that way they won't melt like that. I think it's that we pay for a product and regardless if it's humidity they need to come up with a better way of serving it . I put it inside the fridge overnight and it's melting still. Idk ya know how they have ice cream in the buckets in a freezer maybe they need to spend some $ for this problem because it's a problem in the summer .. noting cute about melted candies that u spend $7.99 a lb for other than this issue it's great a little pricey tho ($2 for marshmallow cones come on ? ) for only two of...

I highly recommend this place for whatever your needs are. My fiancé and I were struggling to find cotton candy, the amazing people here at the sweetz store directed me to the right person within this store Danielle, she was such an amazing person to work with got me the cotton candy I’d need for our wedding by the date we needed it for. We have 125 people coming and needed 70 tubs of cotton candy. I appreciate all their help. Be sure to give them your business, they will help you with whatever it might be not necessary just cotton candy. Very clean place as well, such a professional place!
