Yankee Candle — Local services in Tilton

As almost everyone promotes these days... they have a special on their large candles. 6 for $60... You have to buy SIX in order to get them at $10 each. It's unfortunate they have to have a minimum! I don't have $60 for candles... I only wanted 2 candles! WHY does it make a difference? I would think they would sell more at $10 each. It's sad they can't cater to the less fortunate! It's the same in grocery stores, must buy 6 to get the sale price! I'm one person! It's always about the almighty dollar. Very sad around the holidays for some folks...

Went to Tilton, NH store with a bogo coupon, up to three, was told it only applied to a very small selection of $30.00 candles though the coupon did not say that so when I was at the register and questioned it I was told I "was at an outlet store" and That's how it works", I knew I was at an outlet store! Lousy customer service, will not return. Buy your Yankee...

I ordered online from Yankee Candle. . only received 3 of 6 candles. Now, unable to connect with Customer Service online or by phone. I have emailed, and called 3x only to wait on hold for over an hour each time. Still no contact with them.
