I was happy when I paid for dressers and delivery. There was no delivery policy given or posted anywhere on the premises. Once the delivery guys arrived at the facility they looked at the stairs and saw that it was a straight shot of travel. They attempted to carry the dresser upstairs but did not move any drawers. They complained that the dresser was heavy. The wall the baluster and doorknob were destroyed from the banging of the dresser. They were able to take the dresser up one step but then the dresser slid back down and banged into the door. The delivery guys said that they were unable to take it up the steps. The delivery guy said they do not do steps. So even though I was told doing the purchase of the dresser that stairs were okay , these guys said otherwise. I called the company and I was told I could not get the delivery fee back once the items were placed on the truck. I was told I could only get a store credit for the items that were not delivered. This was not my fault it was very sad and disappointing knowing that my hands were tied and I had no other route to reach for a solution in my favor. My husband accompanied me to the store and Stood Beside Me as he should. After explaining once again I finally was able to get only the delivery feedback. I ordered a dresser and matching mirror in November. The woman (Sharon) who put in my order said they'd call me when it came in. She told me it would take 4 to 6 weeks for delivery. She didn't mention any delays due to the pandemic, even though we almost a full year into covid 19. 6 weeks later in December I call, and she says there is a delay due to the pandemic. In January I call, she says it's still delayed. I call last week , and the man who answered the phone tells me,
" Oh! You're dresser has been here! I'm not sure why it was never scheduled for delivery."
So I had to schedule delivery, because Sharon never called me like she said she would.
Then I schedule delivery for today, and my dresser arrives with no mirror! The delivery folks tell me that the store should have told me, the mirror is "back ordered".
So I call the store, who tells me, oh, you have to talk to Sharon, you know, the same employee who never called me about my delivery in the first place. And she's not available until Monday!
How can the mirror be back ordered when they were ordered together in November and the mirror is a square that no one would ever order on its own?
What a nightmare. It's not like the dresser was on discount either, I selected it from an online catalog.

Read moreInitially the experience was good. I called repeatedly about my layaway and order and the woman at the desk was always very polite and helpful. Now that is being overshadowed by the horrible experience with delivering the furniture I ordered. I ordered over $1000 worth of furniture from them and the pieces were supposed to be delivered on Saturday. Somehow they forgot my headboard and footboard so I could not put my bed together and have been sleeping on the mattress and boxspring for 4 days. I called the manager the next day and he said the missing pieces would be delivered today. No calls, so I call and of course the items were not picked up by the delivery person. So now i have to wait 2 more days for my furniture and I am still missing one piece. Hopefully I get everything sooner instead of later because this is annoying im taking off work for nothing, but believe me this was my only and last time dealing with...
