This used to be my favorite location until they hired the new skinny girl. She “acts” as if she’s nice but she’s truly deceitful and sneaky. I know this because she’s been extremely rude and unprofessional to me. During my second experience with her, I discovered that she can’t make coffee either. She isn’t a good fit for this store; they should relocate her to somewhere where there’s a stricter manager that will train her fiercely and ensure that she understands how to treat customers. Another thing that’s unprofessional about this establishment is that if you contact the manager or if you’re told repeatedly that the manager will contact you about an issue or problem, you NEVER hear from the manager! Nor are you ever compensated for your loss or inconvenience. DO BETTER!!!! This is why I’ve stopped coming to this location. No one wants someone they can’t trust making their coffee or food! - P. S. This is the ONLY Starbucks that I’ve ever seen that does not have cameras behind the...
Read moreI have been to this new store twice, once on Halloween, once today, November 22. Both times I tried to order a pumpkin spice latte and both times was told it has been discontinued for the season?! Today, I was also told that this was for all Starbucks not just this store and when I said I Would just go and order it from another store. I was told that it’s discontinued everywhere.. That makes absolutely no sense considering the NEW winter/holiday menu that came out seven days after Halloween has pumpkin spice latte on it and I’m not able to find another Starbucks in my area that has discontinued it, no other Baristas that I’ve asked about this discontinuation have any idea what I’m talking about. If your store is not carrying pumpkin spice latte anymore, that is different than telling customers that Starbucks has discontinued the drink for the season and that it’s discontinued across the company and I won’t be able to order...
Read moreBad experience today at the Timonium, Md. Starbucks location. My 11 year old needed to use the restroom badly so we stopped at this location. She was told she needed to make a purchase before using the restroom. I googled their restroom policy and yes they have changed it to stop loitering and other unwanted activities in the store. I can understand this for teens or adult. But a 11 year old? I was PISSED when she told me they denied her so I went inside to speak to the manager and she apologized stating it was their policy. So I just walked out still PISSED. Maybe next time if a child has an accident INSIDE the store, they will reconsider this policy when it comes to children.
The irony is we made a purchase from another location today 8/13/25 and have not yet had time to drink. So pissed it will be going down the sink.
