Kristy Kraft is amazing. She has the patience of a saint and the skill something akin to that of Edward Scissorhands. I watched her take millimeters off a lady's hair repeatedly for an hour until her very demanding client was finally satisfied. She never stopped smiling and never stopped being jovial and professional even though it was clearly obvious that this client had long crossed into the realm of ridiculousness in her quest for perfection. She then went on to take superb care of my mother's hair. My mom enjoyed her so much that she went back again...and will do so regularly now.
