I had the unfortunate event, the other day, to experience the store manager, who I pointed and was informed by other associates to be named Jim/Jimmy, be very unprofessional. This short man was terribly two-faced with a gentleman who walked into the store. My curiosity got me to stick around to hear the conversation, which appeared to be legit/general inquiries by the gentleman, but it appeared Jim was in a rush to get him out. In fact, Jim quickly moved the conversation over into what he was implying was a, "sorry you came here, good bye" type of thing. After the two parted, Jim had some very unfriendly things to say about said gentleman that was heard by more than just me. So unprofessional of Jim. I ran into the gentleman outside who appeared to be sitting on the trunk of his car for a long while in the rain that we had. Me and my wife spoke to him and asked what brought him over to which he replied it was demanded of him to speak with management in person on this day but was unable to catch him in time due to weather. Me and my wife got a good glimpse of the weather as we drove over and knew about how harsh it was, we were unable to see many of the vehicles that surrounded us. My wife asked him how long the drive was to get here and he had told us 1hr 40minutes. Feeling really bad about the whole situation the man was in, I gave him some money for gas and hoped he got home safe. He looked really down about everything as he sat there drenched in water heavily thinking about something I thought I shouldn't ask about. All that was on my mind on my way home was how much of a dick Jim was. This was my 3rd visit to this store and I can't see myself going back knowing my money is supporting people like that and people like that are...

We went to best buy to pick out our appliances and set up a delivery. We were told that they would call us to let us know when they would be arriving for the delivery. We got a call at 5:30 am saying they were 15 min away. It takes us 20 min to get to the new house so we were rushing around with 3 year old twins. When we get to the house the delivery drivers were not happy about the laundry being on the 2nd floor. They were arguing the whole time waking up all the neighbors. It was also raining. They sat my refrigerator down in the mud and mulch. They did not wear anything to cover there feet and tracked mud all over my new house. Once they were done they had me check their work and I noticed dents in my new dryer and washer, my walls were scratched up and dented and trash left everywhere. My refrigerator was also damaged on the front. I complained to them and they called me a liar. I contacted Best Buy and they said I had to contact JB Hunt since they were the delivery drivers. I contacted JB Hunt and they referred me to a 3rd party delivery service and said that they would be contacting me. Never heard back from anyone and Best Buy would not do anything. They said it was out of there hands. I spent $6500 and will never spend another dime there. Poor customer service. Sadly, when faced with āonline disruptersā, instead of picking up their game, companies like Best Buy keep getting worse. Nothingās ever in stock, sometimes, the website will say itās in stock, but, when you get thereāSurprise, not in stock! Today, I placed an order online for pickup at a store. I arrived a little early, no worries, I figured Iād walk around the store a bit. Meanwhile, they closed all the registers, so, customer service was swamped. 35 minutes later, I received a text saying that my order was canceled. Turns out, the item wasnāt in stock. They suggested going to another store that showed one in stock, but, no guarantees it will be there when I get there. Meanwhile, they need to refund the purchase, then re-purchase at the first store, so I can drive to the second store and pick it up. Finally, I said this is dumb, Iāll just do a refund. I genuinely like Best Buy, and I hate to be a Karen, but, I called the āstoreāsā number just to let the manager know that itās a circus over there. When you call the store, you get a call center, who knows where. They said that they would have someone from the store call me, that call never came. Nobody seems to care over there. They are going to wake up one day, Best Buy will be out of business and the story will be Well, big bad Amazon took out another company, which is completely untrue.
